We went to this place on 13th Aug, 23 with 15 members ( five families ) unhygienic place to stay. Cleanliness is ZERO. Looks like old property but not maintained. The manager in charge is not bothered or worried about customers complaints. We somehow stayed there for less than one day because it was almost 4 pm and we checked out next day at 10.00 am. Our kids were disappointed and were forcing us to check out. Even the swimming pool was kept dirty. We did not allow our kids to play in water. They charged Rs 50 for one coffee in the evening, which we will get at Rs 5 at road side. Overall it was a waste of money and time for all of us. |

Our experience was the worst here! We had a naming ceremony gathering for 150 people. The management was hopeless, service was clueless and the food was devoid of taste! Each plate costed 600rs, but the food was not even equal to 100rs. They had promised to provide unlimited food, but instead have told guests that they are providing limited food. We were totally embarrassed bin front of all the guests. I firmly suggest everyone not to choose this for any gatherings. Dear owner, We have requested you to provide CCTV footage to check whether 213 members attended our gathering. But you haven't replied for that. We had booked for 150 + people. My question is, have you atleast provided the food you promised for RS.600 for all 150 of them? You have said that you have tried to fulfill each and everyone despite of having 213 members, after we had booked for 120 people. So you are saying you have feed 120 people's food for 213 people and have charged us for 213 people??!! So according to you we have paid extra for 93 people? Is that what you mean??? By the way we have seen your staff stealing food which we held to confront in person. But the way your depicting the situation as you have do

Horrible experience. Large unmaintained property. Unclean rooms Red Stained towels,quilts and sheets Fungus ridden walls and ceiling Leaking roofs in rooms with false ceilings No power backup was there the night through ,Dispite having generator saying diesel is over Unclean algae ridden green swimming pool. No water pressure in bathroom taps.not even enough pressure for the gyser in the bathroom to work properly. They say use bath room of the other room . Lol Plus very high charge for rooms with all this problem

This was the most pathetic resort we have ever visited. We were a group of around 22 people with 6-7 kids and each one of us had a really terrible experience here. The rooms were damn dirty, we had to even change our room and even the next one equally sucked. The place is a complete mess with very low maintenance, staff is a total waste and food was nearly edible. Our entire weekend trip was spoiled because of no water and no electricity in most of the rooms and dirty rooms and bathrooms. At the end, when we asked them to compensate us considering the rooms were really overcharged, they locked the main gates of the resort and harassed us for 2 hours to stay at the reception until we pay the full amount. The owner was not willing to talk at all on the phone, was not taking any responsibility and the manager and other staff smiled and smirked throughout the discussion after locking the gates. After we called the police and things got really ugly, they opened the gates. It was purely a mental harassment case and we felt tortured by the end of the trip. Hence I'd recommend to never ever go to this resort as it is a total waste of time and money.

They are cons.. We were a group of families, around 24 - 28 people, excluding kids. They charged Rs 3000 per head from us, for services that were not given. First of all, it is not a resort. It is as best a set of pathetic rooms with a dirty swimming pool. There is no cricket ground, pond is super filthy and dirty. Rooms were smelling of sweat. They had put 4 people in one room and were charging 12K for one night for such bad condition of living... There was no electricity, hair in the bath room, non functional TV, cob webs all over, jute dust in the dining room. We had to call the service people for all small things. This included mopping the floor., asking to get soap, cleaning the bathroom, getting adapter for set top box. Couldn't take all the pictures. The flow of the water was bad in the bathroom. The service people are untrained, gundas and have no idea what customer experience mean. Clarks inn is in the process of partnering with them, I sincerely hope they do not ruin their brand reputation too. They have put their name on the board. I had to personally change 2 rooms to make sure the basic infra is there. Then I requested for other things as I found that they were not th

Badly maintained, unclean, damp room. Horrible toilet. The hot water geyser was not working, TV had no set top box- so both useless. Premises maintained poorly. Food is average. Don't go by photos posted on the net. Stay away from this place.

The ability to deal with a situation, in our case a booking issue was dealt in a very wrong manner. we were asked to pay the full amount 3750 for a room that we didnt stay in. The rooms were just adequate, no wifi, no proper room service, no intercom, average cleanliness. They even took and kept or car keys till we cleared the bill. A very wrong way to treat a guest.

I planned for a break with family and thought of going to this resort, looking at photos and activities they offered. But it was the biggest mistake we made. Rooms are big but didn’t get cleanliness feel. Most of the activities are broken and lake is very dirty, so can’t boat. Dinner was good which they served in room but breakfast was not good. Lot of flies sitting on bread. We preferred checking out early and return back to Bangalore. If you are in Hassan and want to go for drinks with friends, then might be ok but not worth going with family

Rooms are not clean at all, in restrooms, the water isn't treated. Staffs do not respond well to customer requirements. Dining hall table cloths lack cleanliness. On the whole, proper planning and maintenance is very much required, since the place is very good location for a hotel.

This place is outright pathetic. The service is terrible and the rooms are even worse. We booked 2 cottages here for 3 nights through Agoda and when we got there to check in, they said they hadn't received any email from Agoda about our stay, so they didn't have the cottage that we had booked. They offered to upgrade us for only one night but we declined because we had 2 small children and 2 elderly parents because of which the shifting of rooms the next day would be hard. In spite of whatever problem/confusion there was between Agoda and pavanputra, we were the ones that had to suffer. They started cleaning a cottage to give us after we got there and made us wait for more than 2 hours before we could get to the rooms. The rooms were hastily cleaned, there was water all over the floor and the bathroom was wet and had muddy shoe prints all over. The sheets were not changed, there was dust on every table and shelf. The floors had a ton of dirt. Pictures attached. Coming to the amenities, there is not even a shower in the bathroom!!!! Only a bucket and a mug. Avoid the place at all costs. It’s a local drinking place for overhyped businessman and wannabe goons. A local bar is attached to the resort and half the employees have no clue how a resort works. I was made to pay the same bill twice because one of the waiters shift got over. You’ll get much better resorts for the same price. There was no wifi, the swimming pool was super dirty, it took more than an hour for room service and they made you pay bills immediately like a OYO.
