“Absolutely not recommended! This PG has the worst management and pathetic food. The biggest issue — they do not return your advance amount on time. I vacated Stanza on March 31st, and as per the contract, they were supposed to refund my advance within 30–45 days. It’s been far longer, and I still haven’t received my money. There’s no single point of contact, no functional customer care, and no response to tickets or emails. You’ll be forced to chase them every single day just to get back what’s rightfully yours. This is by far the most unprofessional and irresponsible management I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs!”

“Pros: 1. rooms are okayish, but ventilation is little bit poor. 2. Foods are good quality. Cons: 1. Rent is very high + they charge extra for electricity and water, compared to the amenities they provide. And they increase 20% rent for everytime contract renewal. 2. Frequent power cut, they dont have proper backup systems, 3. Limited internet only provide 105gb per month then you have to buy internet, 4. No washing machine, you have to pay for getting you clothes washed. Upto 5kg per month is free then onwards you have to pay. 5. No proper services for high rent they take. 6. No accountability by managers and higher authorities. 7. They dont return security deposits after you leave, even after 45 days. Also security deposits are very high more than even your monthly rent. 8. Beds are small and sometimes have bed bugs, very poor maintained.”

Vikash K★★★★★Stanza Living was full of problems while staying, and things got even worse after moving out. I had sent many follow up emails for my security deposit refund, but the mail shown here was my frustrated mail, sent to their team members. Even after waiting more than 90 days and sending this strong mail, I got no reply at all. Not even a single acknowledgment. I don't like to mention any team members over this review. But whoever from Stanza reads this should seriously ask themselves if such people are fit to work in this corporate company. We vacated because of the issues in the PG, but the refund process proved that problems don’t stop when you leave also. From stay to refund, Stanza was nothing but trouble.

Have not received my security money after 2 months and getting attitude from the staff to calm down it will take 60-90 days to get processed when in contract it clearly states refund will be complete in 45 days. They automatically add a fine of 100 rupeess per day for late payment of rent. Don't recommend to stay here at all. If you are planning to exit don't pay last month rent

This is a scam disguised as a co-living space – stay far away I rarely write reviews, but the sheer level of mismanagement and negligence at Stanza Living has compelled me to warn others. 1. Pathetic Food Quality: The food served is not only repetitive but unhygienic and tasteless. Half-cooked meals, stale items, and zero nutritional value. It’s shocking how such low-quality food is served day after day, despite constant complaints. You end up spending extra money ordering outside food just to stay healthy. 2. No Basic Cleaning or Hygiene: Forget "premium living" – rooms are rarely cleaned, bathrooms are filthy, common areas are neglected, and dust and dirt are everywhere. Housekeeping is either non-existent or completely inefficient. Expect to clean your own space if you want to live in semi-decent conditions. 3. In addition to the rent of ₹13.5K, we are forced to pay an extra ₹1K per month for electricity. The WiFi service is limited, and there is no washing machine available. The staff often smoke near the dining area, and if questioned, they respond rudely. They will collect advance as 15k and make a agreement with us and if we break the agreement we got get that 15k back ( agreement charges 1500 extra) Despite its corporate branding, Stanza fails in terms of service—staff are unhelpful, and food is sometimes unavailable even within the specified time. They charge nearly ₹15K for double sharing, yet basic amenities like unlimited WiFi and a washing machine are missing.

Soul Nemesis★★★★★Never ever try to get a pg using stanza, they'll provide you with the worst possible services they can, they don't even hesitate to do so. No proper water supply, no proper food quality, no warm water, no proper hygiene, you'll feel like living in a gutter. Don't even you think once to stay in such a worse place, they'll charge you like insane. Try to get a local pg nearby they are far more better than this Stanza. Please save your money and don't ever try to get into one.

Akhilesh k m★★★★★The stanza living is a fraud. I joined here on 13 OCT 2024 and left on Nov 12 2024. They took an advance of 5k after some nonsense sections the app shows 3.7k as a refundable amount. Which should get refunded in 45 days it's more than 60 days, still no refund. The people there talk very nicely when you visit there once you leave they just ignore you. The RC and the Manager who talks nicely and if you ask for a refund they will ignore your messages. About the service - only room looks good . Rest Room cleaning once in a month. Corridor cleaning after complaining for 10 times. Extra charges for water and etc . Whatever they want they will add extra charges. Electricity calculations they only knows. Food is not up to the expectations. It's fraud they just won't refund the advance which is your hard earned money. Please go to some other PGs. Edit ------- I received a refund of 3.7k instead of 4.5k after all nonsense deductions. I had to raise a ticket on the consumer helpline and then I received this.

Mayank Saxena★★★★★There is no support provided in this PG, this PG follows company model where you need to raise the ticket for any issues and they will get back to us after few days. High electricity bill they manipulate the bills and they never showed us any bill. Per person they started charging 900-1000 per person for electricity. For water 500 extra. Every second day there is Hot water issue. Wifi never work here, Wifi provider is Spectra where we dont get any support. In this PG there is no escalation matrix to reach out to superior. No phone number for support, no email ID. Just there is a app where you raise a ticket and no one ever look into those ticket they close it without resolving as well. Added the Screenshot of wifi issue which got resolved after 48 hours and again got the same issue. Now again need to raise ticket and wait for their team to pick that ticket. You can even loop their CEO in any email they dont refund the money or listen to your concern. They removed washing machine and ask us to use their laundry service which is chargeable

Aviratna Kumar★★★★★They don't take proper care of hygiene There is a room attached to the Area where plates and other utensils are kept is full of pests as they kept some of the dustbin full with waste foods that start to get Rotten and that room is never kept clean ornthe dustbins are neither Removed nor cleaned and the pests continue to increase and reaches till dining areas. Last month no cleaning was done but the moment when new joinees came for first 2 weeks the cleaning was at check but the after again same thing happened. They don't hire much labor for that and even if they hire they don't pay them on time or well. Not sure how to address this issue but this also can be a reason of the poor service. I would definately expect a better service

Please do check with the Tennants who are staying already in the house and Join. I suggest go for another Pg or Hostels. Don’t come Here. Bcz if there is Negative 5 star I’ll give -5* rating
