Why the score — what people flag
“Cons:- - The rooms are not clean. - The washroom is dirty on next level. - Cleaning happens only if you ask for and cleaning products are not used you have buy yourself and give it if want to. - Washing machine is in separate room and locked it will be open only when the owner is present to serve food (closed on Sundays) and only quick wash option is given. - If you go to your home for sometime the owner gives the room for short staying to someone else without informing you and takes rent from both. - Only two 24*7 water filter for whole pg among which 1 gets alage very now and then. - The owner is annoying. When you complain about something he starts giving weird and useless reasons eg when asked to get bathroom deep cleaned he started blaming the pervious tenant for not getting it cleaned like it's not his to keep the pg and rooms cleaned. And of course owner talks behind your back. - Water tanks are not clean, can be found by seeing the amount of salt layers on bathroom. Pros:- - The rooms are big, provides parking space - Food is optional. Advice:- Look for better pg or 1RK house. Rent: 6.5 with food, 4.5 without food as on 2025.”

Durga Sriram Sunkara★★★★★Pros PG located at the center, all kinds of transports are available and near to grocery shops For 2 wheeler parking place is available Food is hygienic and quality Cons Monday to Saturday Afternoon lunch is not providing and completely no food in Sunday’s Wifi will not properly. Once in a month only one time wash room cleaning will be there. No non vegetarian food. Food is limited. whenever we ask he says today food is Limited due to emergency and we have to adjust he says simply. For water tin also we have to pay money separately.

In detais aabout Pg. - Food Only Morning and Night. - Sunday NO Food Facility. - No Non-Veg Facility. - Limited Food. (NO EXTRA FOOD) - Lemon rice (2 Spoon) - Dose (Small 3) - Rice Bath (2 Spoon) - Idle (Only Small 5 Idle) - Rice Bath (2 Spoon) - Upma (1 Bowl) - Every Night (2 Chapathi, 1 Bowl Rice, Dhal, Sambar) Breakfast Cost of 30rs and Dinner cost of 50rs but food won't worth for that money. - Plenty of Bed Bugs. Be carefull on this. - Internet issues is more. - Maintance very strict (washing machine Limited use {15 min}, Weekly 1 time) - Work from home Preson is not allowed in this PG. - Wont get back your Advance Amount once paid. - Tv will be provided but you have to recharge yourself. - Food Quality not up to mark. - No Alcohol. - Muslims are strictly probitted.

Why because First nd foremost no proper maintenance of room cleaning including washroom Secondly food is not provided 3 times and in Sundays u won't get any food, some times public holidays too Thirdly even for water tin u need to pay amount on ur own Better think and join the pg Only positivity is near to abshiek circle bus stop and means of communication
