1.Rent- 4000 per bed for 2 sharing room 2.4000 advance 3.When you leave you have to intimate before 1 month. 4.They cut 1000Rs and give you only 3000 Rs. 4.No food is provided here. 5.Hot water also not available 24*7. 6.No geyser provided in bathroom. 7.Solar water heater available- Timings for hot water is 6 am- 10 am 8. 2 washing machines available at terris. 9.Every friday cleaning of room is done.

Nice place to live for bachelor person. Generally PG are not that much concern about cleanliness and facilities but this one is exceptional. I will definitely suggest that ,this is nice place to single guys.

Its one of the newly renovated PG/Lodging in and around mathikere locality. The place is good, maintained neat and clean every day compared to other PG in the same area. It is worth the money you pay for temporary stay as well as for a long stay. They have a common washing machine. It is very near to chowdeshwari bus stop.
