“Worst PG Experience – Beware of Advance Payment Scam I stayed at this PG and had a very bad experience. I had paid ₹12,000 as an advance, but when I moved out, they returned only ₹7,000 without giving any proper explanation. When I asked why, they gave unclear reasons and avoided responsibility. It felt like a scam, and I don’t want others to go through the same thing. The way they handled the situation was very unprofessional. Please be careful before choosing this PG — don’t pay any advance without getting everything in writing, including refund terms. Think twice before staying here. This was the worst PG experience I’ve ever had.”

“your customer care person is soo rude they not answer the question I ask with her/him I have contacted too many Times but still not reply properly and also your sales person not pick a call and also UI is not proper for this billing not proper please look it. At the beginning of every month, the internet service is disconnected, regardless of whether the rent has been paid or not. Additionally, the breakfast and lunch timings are not maintained properly. Meals are frequently delayed by 30 minutes to 1 hour without any prior notice, which causes inconvenience.”

To make things worse, the security guard knocks on doors in the middle of the night as if we’re in some kind of school hostel, disturbing sleep and invading privacy. Hygiene is nonexistent: zero sanitisation, filthy surroundings, and an entrance that genuinely looks like a dumping ground. There is no proper parking space, no maintenance, and absolutely no sense of responsibility from management. This place is a complete disaster — unhealthy, unprofessional, and utterly not worth even a fraction of the rent charged.”

But they didn't shared saying everything is on the app. N when the times comes for the rent payment and security deposit payment they shared the link , where there is this onboarding charges, which they didn't informed earlier. Also, the sales person told me 18k as deposit amount but later they changed it fo 20k Also, I received a text from their team saying I have complete my KYC and a nominal fee will be applied for it. Also, I paid amount for room 313 and they booked room 312. And upon asking for explanation, they are backing off. I asked multiple times that If i want my refund, is there any deductions or so.. they are not giving any clear answers.. But When it was the time for the booking payment, they just bombarded with link n calls, I got a call from one of their female employee amd she was forcing me to pay the booking amount right at that moment, I said her give me some time I need to talk to my roommate but she was like. Most of the times water is not there, they start providing water at around 8 in morning and it gets stopped after 11 itself. Seriously, they think we wont use our washrooms after 11😤. There is no proper customer care people to esclate it too. Wifi, is another problem, especially on weekends when we need most. If you are trying to book this PG, plz re-concider.

So if don’t want tension better avoid this Pg at all cost.

Hardly ever happens, maybe once a week, and only after constant begging. The whole place is infested with cockroaches, and there’s zero ventilation. Heaters don’t work, internet is useless, and food portions are always insufficient. The staff is rude, and the manager harasses you for money even before you check in, but when it comes to returning the deposit, they never pick up your calls. I paid 10,000 in total and stayed just 3 days. They even have the nerve to tack on extra charges for so-called "maintenance" and electricity—over 1,000 per person. Any repairs? You have to pay for them. They force you to use their useless app for the booking process, and now, even after I left without asking for a refund, they’re sending me legal notices on email demanding 18,000 more. This PG is the biggest scam in Bengaluru! Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this trap.

Here's why I strongly advise against staying here: 1. Worst and Unhygienic Food: The food quality was terrible, unhygienic, and often unavailable. Even after paying extra charges for food, it would get empty in no time. The food delivery schedule was never maintained, and on one occasion, we even caught the delivery guy mixing water in curry to increase its quantity when more people showed up for a meal. 2. Frequent Rent Hikes: My initial rent was ₹9,000, but within six months, it was raised to ₹12,000, which was completely unreasonable. 3. Hidden and Extra Charges: Rent bills were inflated with hidden charges like water fees, tanker charges, electricity bills, and additional food costs, none of which were disclosed in the original agreement. 4. Bed Bug-Infested Beds: I was charged ₹1,200 during onboarding for a “new” bed and pillow, but the items provided were old, used, and infested with bed bugs. 5. Unreliable Amenities: The PG had five washing machines, but two were broken and never repaired during my stay, creating constant
