Padma Luxury PG for Ladies

The rooms were poorly maintained, and cleanliness was completely neglected. Bathrooms were unhygienic most of the time and rarely cleaned properly, creating an unhealthy living environment for students. The worst part of this hostel is the food. The food quality is extremely poor, badly prepared, and lacks basic hygiene standards. The taste is unacceptable, and there is no proper variety. In fact, the food is so bad that it can seriously affect students’ health. Serving such low-quality food to students is highly irresponsible. Even after repeated complaints, the management showed no serious concern and failed to take action. Issues were ignored, and no improvements were made. For the amount of money charged, the facilities and services provided are completely unacceptable. The owner must take immediate and strict action, especially regarding food quality, before students face serious health problems. I strongly do not recommend this hostel. Finally what I want say is who wants to stay healthy don't choose this hostel guys .

I stayed in this PG located at 2nd Avenue(why I am mentioning the location bcz if I make a review they replay it's not out pg there are many pg in this name,check the location and make review), and the experience was Not expected. Most of the 5-star reviews here seem fake. The advance amount of ₹3000 I paid while joining was not returned when I vacated. When I asked for it, they shouted at me instead of resolving the issue. The food quality is poor, rooms are not well maintained, and both the owner and the “bhaiya” speak very rudely. Definitely not worth staying here.

My friend stayed in this PG, and the experience was terrible. At the time of vacating, they refused to return the advance amount of ₹5000, suddenly bringing up new rules like a "notice period" that were never mentioned before. On top of that, they asked to pay ₹3000 more just to get back the original advance. The behavior of the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially one of the male members who spoke very disrespectfully, even towards girls. Not recommended at all — very poor way of handling clients.

The PG is worest, don't join in this PG, because the landlord is scolding when we raise any concern regarding food and cockroaches. There are different earth worms kind of creatures are comming in bathrooms but they are not taking any action. On top of this they don't have any permission and TIN number to run the PG but still they are maintaining PG. Don't join here they will harrase you for sure
