Very disappointing experience at Hotel Guru Prasad, Gundlupete. The food quality was extremely poor and did not feel fresh at all. Some dishes were undercooked while others were dry and tasteless. Hygiene standards also seemed below average, which made the dining experience even worse. The service was rushed and staff behavior was not welcoming. For a restaurant located on a busy highway and serving many travelers, basic cleanliness and food quality should be much better. Definitely not worth the price we paid. I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their food quality and customer service.

## Bad Food I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at this place was truly disappointing and frustrating. The kitchen was visibly unhygienic, which immediately raised red flags about the food quality. The cook seemed inexperienced, as several dishes were poorly prepared. The vegetables served were uncooked and raw, making them inedible. The dosas were a disaster — some were dry and hard, while others were completely uncooked in the center. Similarly, the noodles were undercooked and soggy, showing a clear lack of attention to basic cooking standards. To make matters worse, the service was terrible. The staff appeared rude and unhelpful, and they kept pressuring us to place orders quickly, which felt very uncomfortable. When I tried to address these issues, the manager was dismissive and ignorant, showing no interest in resolving the problems. Overall, this was a highly unpleasant dining experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place until they improve their hygiene, cooking skills, and customer service.

I had stayed here few years back and it was good at that time. Recently I had breakfast on my way to Bangalore thinking it retains its tradition. But it was REAL disappointment. Tasteless ghee roast which doesn't give you any feeling, oil leaking poori masala.... Didn't want to take more than a bite or try anything more - not even coffee for which I had to stop again at another restaurant. The uniform of the serving staff looks like have not seen water for at least a couple of weeks - so disgusting! The cleanliness makes me nauseate.
