⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ The conduct of Ijas Ibrahim the owner of the hyrin PG amounts to fraud. I have taken his pg and lived one and a half day there but then due to some personal reasons I have to left the city and went to my hometown permanently. Then I left this pg the next day, I called owner he then said that he will return 6000 Rs ( I have paid 3000 deposit and 4,500 one month rent) after a week passes ( 1,500 minus from 7500) but after one week when I called him he said wait 3-4 days then I patiently wait for 4-5 days and then when I messaged and called him he didn't pick the call not even replied but before that he was picking call, I called more than 10 times he never picked any of my call the call goes ringing everytime and then he blocked my contact without any reply. Later I managed to call him by another number then he picked the call and said he will not return me any money. That's totally a Fraud act and disgusting now I am going to file a case on the government portal... One thing I want to say that he will loose 100-1000 times of my money if he didn't return me that, save my word... (Hay lagegi garib ki...)

This is one of the worst PG in Mathikere, I don't know that guy is owner or not,Ejaj Ibrahim he is no.1 fraud. One of my friend joined in that PG July 16 this year, but some reason he vacate that PG next day only one night he stayed there. We discussed with That fraud Ejaj Ebrahim he told within two days I will give your money return rent rs.4500 advance 3000 he told to give 6500 but one month over he blocked my number I go there directly and ask he is not ready to give money and he was talking very badly and after police came and cleared that issue. That's why I'm saying don't go there Hyrin gents PG.
