My friend had a very disappointing experience here. Initially, the owners were extremely polite and welcoming during the admission process. However, as soon as she moved in, their behavior changed drastically and they became unprofessional. To make matters worse, she was promised a refund of her security deposit upon leaving, but they have refused to return the amount despite their initial commitment. I will strongly not suggest this PG to anyone. I would advise looking for a place with more transparency and getting all financial promises in writing.

Very disappointing experience. I was charged higher rent than my roommates for the same facilities, which is completely unfair. Food quantity was limited, and whenever we asked for more, the response was rude and disrespectful. Even the WiFi was very poor - it rarely worked, and instead of fixing it, they would just ask us to switch it off and on. The biggest issue is the advance refund. They initially promised to return it, but after vacating, they started ignoring calls and messages and even blocked my number. I have cleared all my dues on time and have proof of payments and conversations, yet my advance is still not returned even after a long time. The way both the owner and her husband handled this is extremely unprofessional. This is clearly a breach of trust. Please be careful while choosing this PG , they may seem trustworthy at first, but the experience changes completely later.
