I wouldn’t even give this place a single star based on the terrible experience we had. This is my honest feedback. I inquired about this homestay on March 18th and confirmed the booking on April 9th, paying a ₹2000 advance since we were traveling with two kids. We arrived in Mysore on April 18th and contacted the host, he says I forgot to write down our name and didn’t reserve the room even after the advance paid. We were left waiting on the streets for an hour with kids, and eventually, he told us he’d arrange another homestay — which turned out to be 35 kilometres away from Mysore. With no other choice, we went there. That place was still under construction, and we weren’t allowed to use the swimming pool either. The dinner was average, but there were no other activities, the beds were dusty, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. They asked us to come back to the original homestay for breakfast the next morning, but when we called, they just said to have it there and leave. If you're planning to stay here, be cautious — especially if you're traveling with kids. We went through a lot of hassle because of this homestay. They just used sweet-talking to cover up their mi

Not recommended at all, It’s a very genuine review. We booked the accommodation with AC and it was not working because of power shortages and they had generators which was not switched on . We informed everyone regarding the situation and we haven’t got any response regarding solving the problem. No soap in the shower also only 1 towels for family. No kitchen appliances in kitchen. Apparently they asked full money eve though we vacated 5.30 am with out breakfast and with out using AC.

Very bad and disappointing experience. The place looks good in photos, but maintenance is very poor. There is a serious mosquito problem at night, making it very difficult to sleep. Proper mosquito control is not maintained. The worst part was the food. There were ants in the food, which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. It clearly shows a lack of basic hygiene and concern for customer health. Food taste is average and overpriced for the quality provided. The menu is also very limited. Service is slow and staff response is not satisfactory. Room cleanliness also needs improvement. Overall, it was a waste of money. Basic hygiene and maintenance are not maintained. Although a restaurant/bar was promised, there was neither food nor drinks available on site. The water was turned off during the night. The resort is in a beautiful, quiet location by a lake. Unfortunately, in the evenings, the sons of wealthy local parents gather at the resort, getting drunk in the courtyard until 2 a.m., playing very loud music, and fighting. Sleep is impossible.

Dear Folks, Me and family came from London for a vaccination in India, as a part of it we are planned to visit mysore. I booked the entire home with 2 bedrooms which is Air Conditioned. 1st day there was no power till 4pm (no AC) 2nd day we had our breakfast and went for site visit; back to Encanto Farmstay by 9.30 pm. There was no power,that means A C won’t work until power comes. We booked this place only because of its AC. But while night we didn’t slept. Of course yes the wall fan was working and its not enough to meet the requirements; finally at 5 am in the morning the Battery stopped working. What we do? I was escalating this issues with care takers as well as owner of the property. I have got the reply that it was raining so the power went off, they are apologised and assured it won’t happen in future🙄 also they mentioned that they have generators. I don’t understand why they didn’t switch on the generator. Apologies doesn’t gave back mine or my family’s terrible sleepless night. I paid for the service what I have asked or they have offered and I didn’t get that.Also they asked the full money as rent. We vacated the property early morning 5.30 only because of we are in dar

We visited on 22 nov -23 nov - 13 members 1. We booked almost more than a month back. The team promised to provide the whole resort to ourselves as that was cheaper option rather than booking through booking.com. To our surprise when we arrived there were already 3 men occupied the resort. We were told to adjust 2. We had some confusion regarding the count of members. But before 2 days itself we confirmed it was 13. We arrived at the resort on 22 nov for lunch. But the lunch was prepared for 10 members only. The menu they show doesn’t do justice to what they serve. Most of the things are unavailable. And the taste was average. Ragi mudde was prepared for 10 members only. Curd was not enough. Sambar was provided for ragi mudde instead of veg curry. We had to eat the same sambar for rice as well. There were minimal to no options. What’s truly disappointing us more is even though the food was average, the resort and the cooking team shouldnt have compromised on the quantity served. 3. Since there were unexpected guests arrived before us, they started using the swimming pool. A timeline was given to us to use the pool from evening 5 to 8 pm. Until the they were using. really good place nice views and facilities but I must warn you there are a lot of bugs. like a lot of them. I mean what can you expect from a farm stay 😂 point being make sure you come prepared. the rooms are ready clean they come equipped with a electric kettle and a mini fridge. there is also a pretty big cupboard. it can get pretty cold at night to make sure you carry a sweater.

We had gone here for our team outing. This place is located away from city, on the way to coordinate, away from the coorg highway. There is a small pond nearby and the property is situated next to this pond. We went in the month of January, and nights were a bit cold, but after morning like 8 or 9 the temperature rises. Food was decent, nothing extraordinary. Service was nice.
