I stayed in 4 pgs in total and this was my first, and will say the worst of them all, the price is high and its not even a proper colive. The food is not good compare to the price they charge. Its good if you can eat rice with water because their DAL only has water. Could only spend 1 month here.

Hi guys, This is a genuine review. The Pg used to be very good before but from past 2 months its worse. Firstly Maintenance Rooms not getting cleaned properly they have not cleaned from past 3 days. Every 5 days they are changing cleaning people I dont know why. Deep cleaning is not done from past 2 years atleast once a year there should be deep cleaning like cleaning washroom tails and cleaning below the beds. Secondly Food it is getting worse once it gets over they dont prepare again….they will bring foor 15 min late and it gets over early too. Breakfast is good but lunch and dinner is not good they dont prepare any sweet once a week like other pgs….even if they prepare i dont think it will be good. They give tea in the evening which tastes like water. They give chapati which will not get digested for sure. Dal, curry and rice in afternoon and night. If this only continues everyone will for sure switch to the new pg beside us. Even if we complain about all these things no proper action is taken….we are just expecting improvement thats it.

Very bad experience, would never recommend this pg to anyone. The PG owner who lives in the PG is an old rude and conservative local. Guests wouldn't be allowed in the room for even 10 minutes. Rooms are really small and very poorly managed. They take 3000 rupees from deposit so dont get attracted by the included food. The owner just shouts at you and demands you to vacate if you complain. He has no manners and lives a sad life. There are many better options in the area, this is literally the worst.

Posted on 9th march 2025 Just moved in here, can’t even settle properly because 1. Unhygienic 2. Very small wardrobe 3. Room is full of cockroaches 4. Taps and toilets and jet spray not working Had to ask multiple times to the manager, to get it resolved, before I even moved but they didn’t fix it. Had to ask again after moving in to fix it and yet no update.

WORST PG EVER!! (Money can be earned now or later, but the way that lady 'Vijaya' had talked to me on call, prompted me to write this review, and this my first ever review on Google) I have been staying in various PGs since 9 years, but this the worst PG I have ever seen. I had a really bad experience here! I have paid the advance, they told me they'll give it back, but they didn't. When asked about that, they were shouting at me especially that lady 'Vijaya' she doesn't even have basic humanity and doesn't know how to talk to people, she cuts my call, when I asked for explanation! Be aware of this PG, "their only goal is to loot as much money as possible." Trust me, there are many better PGs near by, with no traffic noices unlike this one, and with better 'humans' taking care of it! If you want to have some mental peace, please do not join this PG! 🙏

Worst place to live in Bangalore. You can get preety good options to stay instead of staying here. The management is so rude like if you go to them with any complaint, instead of solving it they will blame you and asking you to vacate the room. The food is also the worst. The leftovers from the breakfast and lunch would be mixed together and will serve you as dinner. Also there is a bad system of water. At the peak times, you will get hot boiling water from all the taps. It is difficult to live here. Also if they see any negative review, they will go in each room and ask them to put a good rating so that their rating is not affected. Would not recommend to anyone.

The idiot owner started shouting at me whn I was asking about the return of the deposit. He said talk to the caretaker not me, i said you're the manager and his ego got hurt and he just yelled no I am the owner and cut the call(????). Apart from this, there have been water issues here. We don't get separate keys so if your roommate leaves with the key, you're stuck outside. But the people are nice lol including the caretaker. But the management is the worst ever.

Filled with disappointment, anger, helplessness, and a sense of social responsibility to prevent others from facing a similar fate. This marks the most disheartening PG experience in my life. Initially, they deceptively secured a Rs 5500 deposit, assuring a Rs 3000 refund only for those with prior notice periods. 12999 rs per month. The harsh reality is that once you step into this PG, the subpar food and profit-driven staff will drive you to leave within days. Despite my short 19-day stay due to these issues, they insisted on a one-month rent deduction for deposit return—neither logical nor friendly. If you've deposited money here, chances are slim for retrieval; consider other PGs with lower costs and deposits. My earnest advice to anyone reading this: steer clear of this PG at all costs.

My brother stayed there. When complained about food quality, owner scolded and asked to vacate. He is refusing to payback Advance amount also. Owner is soo rude. Don't get fooled by interior/play area. After paying high prices also, getting such bad treatment from owner was horrible. He is not ready to accept any feedback/complaints. You can clearly see that in the replies he provides to the negetive feedback. Not even acknowledging/receptive of criticism. He is forcing people on the pg to give 5 stars to make up for negitive ratings. You can clearly observe. Most of the good ratings posted are of almost same time. Like spam. A PG with poor facilities with a good owner is far better than this decarated hell.

Very bad experience at this PG. Considering the rent, the services provided are sub-par. The pest control scene is horrible, there are cockroaches, mosquitoes everywhere in the room. Owner’s behaviour is very rude and inappropriate. It is supposed to be a co-living PG but if you bring a guest of opposite gender, he creates a scene in his half naked attire. He forces people to vacate in the middle of the night based on his whim only. A very unreasonable man with a short temper.

I was staying in this Pg for 9 months, I have joined the PG on November 15 and wanted to vacate on August 18 so I had dropped the message too but suddenly I got work from home and I had to shift back to my hometown, so I asked the manager to return my advance as I was leaving on August 5th itself, she said you should wait for one month from notice period to get back your advance, to get back my 3000 rs advance I should pay 4000 and stay till August 15,that totally makes no sense. It's totally a scam in advance matter, they promise to give back your advance but getting back your advance is near to impossible. Food is also not that great in afternoon you get only dal.
