We saw properly pics online and booker. During our stay we were charged Rs 4300 per night which is not worth. Looks like there is unnecessary hype in this area. Owner overcharged us. No provision for tea and breakfast. All restaurants and main road is 600 MTRS away. Light goes frequently. Rooms are spacious but lots of power issues. Surroundings roads conditions and neighbouring areas is pathetic and not clean. Lots of insects and mosquitos. You cannot keep the door open. Not recommended at all.

I stayed 2 night, apartment from near to hampi temple which is approx 3 km nothing was up to the mark. Room is ok with no basic amenities AC was there but hardly cooling the room. No tea or coffee or breakfast available. Very hard to reach the location by car as no proper road. After complaint no resolution given. I would not recommend this place to stay unless they reduce the charges 500/night as per the facilities available their. This is my worst experience.

Rooms are good but there is no electricity for 2 days in this particular homestay while whole village has electricity. AC not working fan is working only on 5th speed and its on generation so that the speed of fan is almost zero. Mosquitos are the major problem you can't even open door there is no goodnight or odomos or anything like that. Did not sleep well in 2 days of stay. I won't visit this place again ever.

The location of this property is very bad. It's situated in a very filthy area. The approach road is a kutcha Road with filth on both sides. The rooms are average . Only 2 rooms on the first floor, the ground floor is part of owners house which in not good at all. The toilets stink inspite of repeated cleaning. The host is a one man show. He is not on the property most of the time. I really wonder how some good reviews have been given earlier. We go frequently on holidays. This was one of our worst experiences. There is no sevice of any kind whatsoever. No tea/ coffee or breakfast. We have to fend for our selves. There is kettle in the room but no creamer or tea bags. I honestly won't recommend this place

I had booked the homestay for 3 days initially. On the first there was lot of power fluctuations so AC ,geyser and wifi was not working. Had to wait for almost 2 hrs for hot water. So cancelled the next booking but paid full amount just for half day. The owner is very helpful but no resources around. Even to have a cup of tea we need to travel to Hospet from the place. The owner is not available at the place most of the times. At ₹2500 it's over priced with no basic food nearby and just room rent. Ambience and room is very well maintained. Decent and clean but not worth paying 2500₹. Better lodges with amenities available at Hospet at lesser price.

It's a well maintained room inside residential area, costed us 3500rs/night There were 2 restaurants around 3 km. But nothing else to do here. If u want just a cozy room u can opt this . If u want a good location, there are better stays around hampi for even lesser prices.

It is a nice place with a great view from the terrace even it is 400m walking distance from the road to (old) Hampi where you can go easily by local bus. The place is quite new and appears clean, however, the bathroom needs more intense cleaning with cleaning supplies. Hot water and air conditioning works well, WiFi is quite good but sometimes unstable. The room is spacious and the bed is very good. The furnishing is quite poor, it would be nice to have some more hanging opportunities, a desk and bedside tables in the room. Also a kettle would be helpful, as no meals are provided and the next (and only) restaurant is 15 min walk away but also offers no continental breakfast. The young owners are very nice and helpful, but seem to be rather inexperienced especially with foreign tourists. E.g. you have to ask for coffee or for drinking water in the room etc. then you will get, but they will not offer you. The surrounding area is dirty with a lot of waist laying around. It’s a good opportunity if you want to stay near Hampi, as you can easily go around from there with bicycles (which you can rent in Hampi) or by public bus.

Urs a home stay but rooms are very clean and pleasant and staff is very cooperative. Also Vinita is very good person for all the communication great value best place all the best
