The most cunning homestay I can say.. The moment we enter the person who is in charge comes and asks what do you want for food, and whatever you ask he says not available, they should have kept menu card and give options to the guest. They claim if you give food to driver they will charge, not on time food delivery, access to this property also night mare though we went by SUV. Overall worst stay and I request everyone please don't stay here and search for good homestays. One should have values to do the business, here the entire motto is making money.. Money should be part of life and not life.. I'm sure in next few days they will charge for breathing the air and usage of water too..

Insanely expensive for what they offer. No doubt location is good, but it lacks even the most basic of amenities. Close to 8k for a room is an absolute ripoff. Food is homely but charged at 5 star hotel rates (150 for maggi). We booked it based on reviews on Google, but looks like most of it is fabricated.

Stay at kipstay coffee was one of the worst experience for the price they are charging. The location is great but there the rooms were average and the food was worst for the amount they are charging. There are no activities and homestay is meant to be hosted by the owner but the owner doesn't live there.

The home stay is very expensive for the value it offers. The only thing that is good about it is locality rest all is subpar for the price paid and pain taken to reach there. Most of the ratings seems to be fake. Be aware to go through reviews at multiple places and ensure if sufficient raters are there before booking.

All other feedback are fake or belongs to owners friend. The approach road is horrible. Only one car can go for about 2-3 kms... Food is pathetic U need to beg dor basic amenities, they wont provide u unless u ask. There’s no shop nearby (30 min walk) No way u can reach out to anyone in case of emergency. If u r with kids, never ever go

Don't go yellow board driver's their facilities are not good they are charging 300 rupees for 2 chapathi and one small bowl of rice there is no hotel near by and rest room also they close from 10:00pm to morning 6:00 a.m. no driver room and road also not good The cook man also behave rashly not giving respect for driver's.

Property surrounded by coffee estates Food taste is good Cons: Charged 9.2k for 2 nights stay which is too much for the rooms and service Meal per person is 300 which is also over priced Rooms maintenance is not good. Old beds and smelly Price should be half of what is quoted

We stayed here for a day . The location of the property is good but the service was pretty average ..we were expecting good hospitality when we arrived but it was disappointing.dinner was not worth 250 per heard ... breakfast is complementary but it was even more disappointing with only dosa provided . We had to insist if there are other options but the caretaker/ cook was too rude For campfire they asked 500.rs extra ..which is mostly complimentary at homestays we have stayed in chickmanguluru .. Overall an average stay and not worth the hype.
