Rooms are good but dining area maintenance will not be that good as we expect.. basically and hot water problem occurs very often monthly at least 10 days heater wont work and the guy will tell perfect excuses which is not acceptable at all.

The place is new, people are good. a word of caution: when discussing the rent and advance, please check how much days before the intimation to be given to vacate the room to get the advance back. that will not be told. it will be in the board and back of the cash receipt. Please pay attention. I lost 7k just because of this carelessness.

Worst pg , don't go there, in time is very strict and you will regret if you come late, staffs are very bad and don't treat you well especially the guy with glasses, room are very small and corridor smells very stinky. Please go to a better pg than this

Rooms are good but daily cleaning not available, allowing outsiders in room at night stay since many times I said to the manager don't allow outsiders to stay in my room, in 2 sharing he is allowing 3rd person, it seems the manager is taking some money and allowing them, no privacy for roommates

1. This place doesn’t accept Colive booking 2. Colive app is a fraudulent booking app. Never use it. I lost my booking money 1000 3. This place is mostly boys but they accept coliving 4. Less on cleanliness so we did not stay here. Me and my husband saw one of their rooms. 5. Contact number provided here is never answered. Waste of time calling this place

This pg is on good for boys who are looking for a hostel experience, because they close the door by 11 and after that if they open the guy incharge abuses you while opening the door and lies that the police has told then not to open the door late in the night, the food is average, I lost my 8k earphones from my room because the housekeeping people will enter your room even if your not there, even after repeatedly telling them not to enter my room when I'm not there, they don't listen, the cleaning itself is only just for namesake. This is not a coliving because if stay here you can't and should not have your friends to visit you ever because they will charge 500 for 5 mins.This pg is only a fake one in it's name of being a coliving The washing machines have never been maintained properly and you can find hair and all kinds of disgusting materials on the clothes after the wash. Please don't take if your a working professional because they try and become your dad or mom and police you for everything
