“My experience at this PG has been extremely disappointing. These issues have been going on for over a year now, and even after multiple complaints, the management has failed to fix them. There is no washing machine or fridge available, and the basic facilities are either missing or very poorly maintained. The staff behaves very rudely, which creates a very uncomfortable environment for working professionals. There is no cleanness in pg spacialy at dinning. The food schedule is completely irregular — sometimes the food gets over within one hour, sometimes in two, and there is no fixed timing. The cooks make better meals for themselves and serve average food to the PG residents. Drinking Water facility is also not available. And every time hot water is coming from tap and shower. There is no proper system for maintenance. If something breaks down, it is not repaired for days, and there is no one responsible to take care of such issues. The biggest disappointment is that the management is only focused on increasing the rent regularly, without making any effort to improve the living conditions or facilities. Overall, I would not recommend this PG to anyone. Please check other option”

Once we join pg after that they didn't care about us, if we told any problems they didn't care about that they didn't try to solve that and that behave rudely, they given some perticular time for food but before that only food was finished, they didn't take any immediate actions , the managers like that , especially manager Chandrakanth he behaves very rudely, they can shift our rooms at anytime and without informing us, without informing me they suddenly shift my room that time I'm in my hometown i don't know about that after that when I went to pg my room was changed and my things some are missing, i ask about that he says that's not our responsibility, and he ask show proof for your things, still now they didn't give refund for that, and I still now they didn't give my advance back also. If we take 1 day or 2 days time to pay our rent means they are behave like moneylenders, but it's almost 2 months they didn't refund my advance and didn't pick calls also,Very very worst pg very very worst management very very worst managers don't go there. It's Me★★★★★The meal service and maintenance are the worst. The two PGs are not taken care of by management. However, the meal service, water issues, and lingering PGs upkeep are the worst. No one will address it, even if you complain. For three pgs, only one security available. Even the 2 PGs Customers must sit at one place in the dining room, hence, there won't be any seating available for them to eat.

Anonymous User★★★★★I am writing this honest review. The high ratings you see are not real; they are fake. The management creates multiple accounts to give themselves good ratings. If one bad review appears, they will create 10 new Gmail accounts to post good reviews. Problems: 1. Unhygienic Conditions: If I had to rate cleanliness, it would be 0. Unhygienic Cooking Staff: The food is decent, but the staff is extremely unhygienic. They look like they haven't bathed, they smoke, chew tobacco, and play loud music while cooking. They cut vegetables on the floor, use low-quality rice, and mix refined flour (maida) in chapatis. They serve us regular food but make special food for themselves. Vegetables: Dogs roam freely around the PG. Vegetables are left open where dogs can easily touch and eat them. If you see how they manage the vegetables, you won't eat the food. There are mosquitoes and flies all over the vegetables. Fridge: There is only one fridge for two buildings, and it is the most unhygienic thing in this place. 2. Bed Bugs: The mattresses are filled with bed bugs. 3. Theft: If you put your bottle in the fridge, someone will steal it. If you leave your clothes on the roof, they will get stolen. 4

Guru Haran★★★★★Before, the PG was good, but now there is no quality food, the lift is not working properly, and CC TV is not working. My shoe was stolen, my dress was stolen, and someone stole petrol from my bike. There was no proper response from management. If we place a real review in Google map, management will call and thread us to remove real bad review.

Google Suite★★★★★Honest Review of This PG (August 2024 – September 2025) I stayed in this PG for over a year, and here are the issues I faced: 1. Food & Hygiene Food preparation is very unhygienic. Hot items like tea and sambar are served using plastic utensils. Management even allows dogs inside the PG and sometimes in the kitchen area. 2. Maintenance & Facilities Washing machines are in extremely poor condition. Elevator frequently has problems. CCTV in one entire building is not functional, leaving it completely blind. Daily cleaning was promised, but in reality, it happens only twice a week (toilet cleaning once, room cleaning once) and even that is not thorough. 3. Security Concerns Laptops have gone missing even from locked rooms. Slippers and even money have been stolen (suspected housekeeping staff). 4. Management & Rent Issues Complaints are ignored by management. They start calling one day before the rent due date and repeatedly disturb until payment is made. Assistants are even sent late at night (10–11 PM) to collect rent, disturbing sleep.
