Yaar, my experience in this PG for the last 3 months has been really disappointing Almost every week the Wi-Fi stops working and somehow it always happens from Friday to Monday, which is very irritating. Food is also not too good and same repeated items every week and the chapatis are of very poor quality. Complaints don’t seem to lead to any real improvement. I’m still staying here only because I haven’t found another PG yet; otherwise, I would have already left. Guys it would be great to suggest good PG Which don’t have these issues

If you’re considering staying at Your Space, don’t. My experience was awful. The food was terrible—not only was it regularly infested with cockroaches, but it was also delayed by almost an hour every single day. Hygiene standards were appalling, and the property was filthy. The managers were unhelpful, and customer service was basically non-existent—they never responded to complaints. To make matters worse, their security deposit refund policy is a complete scam. They promise a refund within 60 days, but I’m still waiting months later. Avoid this place at all costs!

The hygiene and cleanliness were non-existent, and the entire property was a filthy mess. The managers? Useless. They ignored every complaint and couldn’t care less about the residents. Customer service is a complete joke—zero responses. And don’t fall for their security deposit refund scam. They claim to return it within 60 days, but they never do. This place is nothing but a money-sucking trap—stay away!

The experience here was fine. However, it has been six months since I left the property but I haven't received my security deposit back which was promised to be paid in 60 days after the checkout date. We were then told that the refund will be received in October, which didn't happen. This fact overpowers the services available. I would never recommend this pg to anyone else. It shows utter irresponsiblilty and carelessness from the company's side. This pg is not worth any penny spent.

I stayed here for 1.5 years and my experience was very bad. There is no hygiene in the PG. Dead rats are found in the kitchen. Cockroaches and rats are always near the food area. The food is often not edible. There has been multiple occurrences of theft and the management does not take responsibility for it. Instead they try to put the blame on the students. I suggest not to waste so much money on a PG which does not even meet the minimum requirements.

Worst pg! Forget about food quality or hygiene, and most importantly your SECURITY DEPOSIT. Food has cockroaches, for hygiene you need to text warden to get your room cleaned and if you raise an issue, they do nothing about it. They guarantee to refund in 60 working days and now me and my friends are constantly calling and mailing customer care about it, after 60 working days! The call isn’t connected and no one replies to mails. The sales representative, Ms. Neha and property manager, Mr. Rajat Arora, say its not their issue and ask for details everytime you contact them! While asking for rent, they will send you a reminder every 1 hour and when you fail to pay, they cut WIFI and they even put notice that food will not be served. but when they are liable to pay, they say its not their duty and cut calls if a parent talks! DO NOT CHOOSE YOUR SPACE! Worst management ever! And the rent is too hefty for the services they provide too. - Frustrated ex resident

This venture lacks professionalism.Even after 9 months, we didn't get the security deposit. Initially they demanded some documents which we provided them and later when we contacted they started saying that they would refund the amount soon but didn't. Each time some random people from various locations pick up and reply that they will do the needfull. It is really unprofessional and unethical from such a venture. Please don't choose this PG.
