Very worst pg I stayed one month in this pg very worst experience food is good but room have so much noise this pg near in road side I can't sleep properly and I ask to pg guardian he not very rude behaviour he mind only about money money. 30 days notice period and 90 days correctly 3 months you we can't change any pg if you try to vacating pg mean the management not give you deposit amount. I stay 1 month i pay 10750 My rent 6750 Then I vacating pg then ask to guardian then he show real face. 4000 he say you deposit is not refundable.he say what can you to do mean do.

Enquire properly before moving there. Rooms are clean and spacious and parking is good but food is not even okayish. I stay in this pg and am planning to leave by this month so I don't want to reveal myself. There is a lot of problem for hot water. I am not lying ask ahmed the one who looks after the pg himself in this. Even people who cook food are the ones who clean the rooms and bathroom.

I stayed here for more than 1 year Pros: 1. Rooms, washrooms, beds are good 2. Parking facility 3. Security (need access card to enter PG) Cons: 1. Food is not okay 2. PG is just beside the road, so noise and dust. 3. The kitchen is also beside the road, so dust comes into the kitchen as well. 4. Sometimes hot water doesn't come 5. I feel rent is a little high The PG and maintenance was good in the beginning, but not now.

An average PG. I stayed here for 3.5 months. Food is average & breakfast is below average, and I never saw the cook using filtered water for cooking, they use tap water for cooking rice and curries. And the cook & security guy doesn't respect people. Any complaints to the caretaker will not help much, he'll ignore or tell you to adjust. The only thing is better in the pg are good beds, good rooms & bathrooms.

I'm staying in this pg from 2 years , this pg has very comfortable beds, cleanliness , hygienic food and very well maintained and we can dry our clothes under sun light which is very best option, we can have access card or biometric option for night shift People , full of ventilation and frndly management

I stayed here for a good amount of time and honestly, it’s one of the best PGs in this area. The place was cleaned regularly and maintenance was always on point. Food was provided on time every day and tasted decent. Internet speed was excellent — super fast and reliable. If there’s ever a small issue like a power or Wi-Fi glitch, it usually gets resolved within an hour. Overall, considering the facilities and price, this PG is totally worth it!
