“We arrived at this hotel at 6pm. ||We were given filthy room, no glasses, no water, stained and dirty linen, disgusting towels, unhygienic smelling pillows, filthy bath mat (see picture), tapware never cleaned, ants everywhere around sink tap, no toilet paper, shower door was broken (in all three rooms we were subjected to), air conditioning couldn't go lower than 24 degrees, two lights not working in the ceiling, mini fridge not working in ALL rooms, TV not working, wi-fi not working at all. We called reception and he said he couldn't fix any single problem so he moved us to (firstly) a second room. This room was equally disgusting so he moved us to a THIRD room. In this room, only one channel worked but as least welcome had ONE channel!!! Everything else was the same, so disgusting. We asked to speak with the owner, at this stage it was 10:30pm and the nightmare was continuing. Reception called the OYO property manager Mr. Raj Shekhar, he came and he said he was not responsible for anything on the property!! What is an OYO employee supposed to do then if he is onsite and does NOT audit? |||Finally at 11.30pm we went to bed with nothing fixed. Additionally, filthy plates of ”

“The worst hotel I have ever been to in my 30 years of living! Currently posting pictures and letter to OYO (Franchiser) and petitioning to get the hotel shut down. Major health and safety hazard first and foremost. Haven for local motorcyclists and wildlife species such as the giant cocroaches who sometimes occupy the rooms if not already done so by the 3-4 total number of staff there. Please add a minus next to the 1 star given and multiply by 10 when considering this hotel. All rooms have some essential missing such as toilet seats, telephones, pillows, door locks, working wash basin, hot water, WiFi etc etc. All sofas are stale and damp. Some rooms are used as storage for equipment such as TVs and stored so dangerously that care for customers' life is non existent. These rooms are concurrently let out for customers' to stay in, despite numerous alternative vacancies. Please don't waste your time or money here. No one deserves the shambolic disgust this hotel has so brashly shown from owner to porter.”

“One of the worst experiences, I have ever had. The staffs were rude and didn't provide any service within 3 hours of our ask. The room was dirty, there were beer bottle stickers and vomit stains in the bed. TV was not working and the hotel staff was delaying the recharge so that he could save the money in case we didn't get back to them. Drinking water was not clean. The lifts are switched off well early in the eveining, again savings. Telephone was not working, so I had to walk all the way down to ground floor first couple of times, after which the property manager gave his mobile number. After all these, I had to call the customer care OYO, I ended up speaking with at least 7 to 8 of them and spent hours together speaking to them, but they didn't resolve my issue as well didn't call back as promised. At the end while checking out the hotel staff will insist you to give 5 star rating, saying a sorry. I lost one weekend and one vacation. Please don't make it happen to you too. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AND OYO.”

Jayakrishnan S★★★★★We went on a Monday morning, around nine in the morning. The restaurant was totally empty with no other guests. The food served was not at all great. The chutney for the dosas felt like it was taken right off the refrigerator with what was left off the previous night. I was not even provided with a printed bill. The person just wrote the bill on a piece of paper. Will never come here again

Oyo you should look after the claims you make. Very disappointed would next go to the street vendor to have food but won't be steeping in this restaurant again. akshay kumar★★★★★The worst place. Very disturbing staff. The walls are so thin. The staff keep talking loudly. And they come for inspection itseems in the morning 6 o'clock. Rooms are dirty. Not even worth 400 per night. Only advantage is check-in is 24hours. So even if you come night 2am you are good.

Vikas Traveller★★★★★We visited this place on last Saturday while going to Nandi Hills...thought on hill top we may get good food but to our surprise this turned out to be a worst ever experience. 1. There is no menu for breakfast (at least couple of tables they said this) 2. Since there is no menu...charges are at per the cashier on the counter. 3. Bill was not a computerized or electronic one. Simply write on a writing pad the maximum possible and that's your bill. 4. Quality of food is pathetic...not comparable even with a street vendors. 5. We ordered puri-sabzi.....poori were full of oil....masala dosa was worst...maggi was half cake only (may be so that you order one more....as they could not make maggi much different/worst then original taste). 6. Puri-sabzi 90/-, masala dosa 90/-, idly wada 70/-, maggi half 70/-. 7. Please check the quality the presentation and prices at the restaurant....on the tables of others before ordering anything....if you decide to visit this place.

Barak Amira★★★★★I’m a traveling on a bike and thought that a hotel company will be better then a guesthouse on the road. The place was really dirty and you can see it right away in the elavatore and outside next to the pool area that was halfway full and a lot a mosquitoes and trash inside They publish that they have WiFi and hot water but non of it worked. The stuff was nice though

Only one man sits at the reception but he is too arrogant. Not expected this from a oyo stay. We couldn't even step into the rooms. Worst!! The sofas at the reception is sooooo dirty too. Worst!!

Arslan Sid (Arsh)★★★★★Super Worst Service, staff and specially manager. First of all all, pardon for my bad English. I strongly suggest, never book it from OYO App, they simply deny the booking from OYO. I booked it from the app only and when I reached there it was around 11:00 PM midnight. They said we stopped accepting bookings from OYO and you have to pay for the stay if you want to. I contacted OYO and the manager and OYO guy must've talked like for 10 minutes over call and then nothing happened. OYO stopped responding to my calls. I was new to Nandi Hills and had no idea about other places. So I had to pay them 2000 for just 12 hours. Which was doubled the actual cost. It didn't stopped there, now I should talk about the experience that I had with the room and with the service. It was a really nice room I would say but everything was so dirty. Like they didn't even laundry the quilt and bedsheets. Small blood stains were all over the place. Water wasn't coming to taps properly. WiFi wasn't there, I asked them to send me a bottle of water. I guy came with the Steel Jug of water and some insects were swimming in the water. It was hell of a worse experience. Can't explain the full experience. If you'

Apoorv Dubey★★★★★Never stay here until they improve. They use OYO brand everywhere in hotel but not connected to OYO anymore. We stayed sometime back. No electricity whole night. We couldn't sleep when asked staff said they're out of diesel. Rooms not properly cleaned, bathroom door stuck.

Rahul Singh★★★★★One thing when you hear OYO is some STANDARD things which is pretty important yet basic & neccessary. Like Clean linen, Clean Room, AC, Clean & Usuable Bathrooms. Couldn't find ONE thing from the above mentioned items and top of that, Room Phone was not working, Lift was shutdown so was shuttling up-down for the things. On top of that, the attendant was a localite (who knows kannada but very little hindi & No English). Have to scream multiple times to make him understand the Problems (probably he was high) and then two other fellow joined him to help him (who are visibly HIGH). Went through this ordeal at mid-night with my wife :( As usual, with sat night party not just this hotel staff but Oyo Customer care were high and my repeated calls were not going through. Probably my WORST Experience in any hotel & OYO also, but definietly not going any OYO ever for now !!!

Vinzy Visuals★★★★★Poorly managed, staff was rude, untrained and hence not helpful except for the reception guy. They don't even give complimentary bisleri bottles. Double occupancy room only had one charging point. Above mentioned points ruined other good experiences.
