“I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever at this place. We had booked 2 rooms for Aug 15 and Aug 16 - 2025, but both were in terrible condition. The roof was leaking badly when we reached, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. When asked for a solution they gave a bucket to keep under the leaking area. To make matters worse, we found a lizard inside the room and even rats moving around – completely unacceptable for any hotel standard. When we raised this with Vijay, he sprayed hit and told it will be gone. Rats came again later. This place is definitely not suitable for families or even solo travelers who value cleanliness and safety. Things got so bad that we couldn’t stay inside and ended up sleeping in our car for the night, despite having already paid for the rooms. Absolutely not recommended. Save yourself the trouble and look for a better place.”

When the issue was informed there was no proper action taken for the same Also there was leak in the roof and because of that since it was rainy season the room was damp and very uncomfortable Your whole trip and experience will get destroyed please do not opt this place😡

Sreejith Yesodharan★★★★★Our stay at the facility was unpleasant. At check-in, they do not change the bedsheet or blanket. You must use the one someone previously used. Therefore, it is highly recommended that you bring your own items. Booking a room with a shared bathroom/toilet is not recommended. There is a lack of regular cleaning of the common bathrooms. Some toilet door locks are damaged and not replaced, instead they provide a stone piece to close the door, so it is necessary to make some noise while using the toilet in order to prevent unauthorized access. My rating is 1 star because our next day plan was delayed by 3 hours due to unavailability of water until 9:00AM. A second reason may be that there is no DG/Inverter available to handle the power outage. As a result of a power failure after 11.30 PM to the morning hours, the entire facility was dark.

The use of dirty pond water in the bathrooms was unsanitary, bedsheet replacement was neglected, and the lack of bathroom locks compromised privacy. Additionally, my plans were delayed due to water unavailability. Improvement is crucial for a satisfactory experience.
