Very unpleasant experience. There is an open gutter line right beside the seating area, which creates a foul smell and is completely unhygienic. It is shocking that customers are expected to sit and eat next to a gutter. This shows a serious lack of concern for cleanliness and basic hygiene.

Over hyped place for sure. Went to this place for dinner and it was heavily crowded. But that’s not the worse, the food served is very below average. Please do not order any pizza here, they are not serving fresh bread and cheese on it.

Our entire family got food poisoned. This ruined our vacation. Hygiene is a big concern here. A cat was roaming around freely, the hand wash area is filled with slippers and soiled dishes,2 tables were placed close to the slippers. They could at least ensure footwears are placed at a separate place. We visited this place on a weekend post Christmas, so it was crowded and many items in the menu were not available. The staff were good, but the food was terrible. It took them 30 mins to note down the order and took an hour to serve them. The starter we ordered was way too salty and had to be replaced. Matar Paneer was spicy in spite of asking it to be less spicier.

⭐ You will get a BIG mosquito bite as restaurant is right next to an open sewage area. Foul smell and food is pathetic. Over hyped and taste is worst! We specifically asked for less spicy and he made it over spicy. Tanduri Wheat Chapati are full of meida and hard like a rock! Overall if you have an option go elsewhere or stay hungry! Ohh and their staffs are busy in waching cricket and on IG...

Very unhygienic place. The dining area and surroundings were dirty, which is unacceptable for a restaurant. On top of that, the manager at the counter was extremely arrogant and rude instead of addressing concerns politely. Poor hygiene and worse attitude. Would not recommend at all.

Do not recommend this place. 1. The waiter had to be reminded of the correct order at least 5 times since he kept noting down the wrong order. 2. The paneer lababdar we ordered had oil that soaked up three tissues easily. The naans were very chewy too. 3. A ₹20 soft drink bottle will cos you ₹25 here. While it’s their right to sell above MRP, it’s your right too to choose any other place besides this one for your meal.

I’m genuinely shocked at the hype this place has. After visiting, I strongly recommend avoiding it. We waited nearly 20 minutes just to place an order. Almost 80% of the menu was unavailable and they were only serving a few main course items. We still ordered, but the food took over an hour to arrive and was extremely disappointing and unhygienic. It clearly felt rushed despite repeatedly asking about our order. We left and ate at a random stall outside which was far better. This is the first time I’ve ever bothered writing such a detailed review, which should tell you how bad the experience was.

We ordered tea and onion pakoda. Both were not good. Only two people not able to handle crowd. Service is fast because tea was pathetic. They just heated tea leaves in milk and gave in 2 mins. Onion pakoda was fried in black oil and had remains of black. We sat towards the end and the pathetic smell of drain fro kitchen kept stinking.
