“Probably the worst place you can live in. The owners are selfish they will never return your security deposit. All the ratings / reviews are inorganic be very mindful while deciding. Your response is incomplete and misleading. The agreement you are referring to was signed and taken by you, not retained by me. I was never given a copy back, so claiming that I “did not return” it is simply incorrect. Additionally, the same agreement had my roommate listed as a witness. His deposit was returned to him without any issue — without demanding the agreement copy from him. This clearly shows that this “policy” is being applied selectively and unfairly in my case. If returning the agreement was truly mandatory, why was it not enforced consistently for all tenants? To anyone considering this place: please be cautious. Make sure you keep copies of every document and get all refund conditions clearly documented, because policies here seem to change depending on the situation.”

“They have very poor service when it comes to a lot of important things 1) They send food to almost 4 buildings from one kitchen which always adds up to waiting time and that too very poor taste and quality 2) Food finishes very soon making us wait for 10-20 mins every meal which is a problem during lunch hour as we have to run back to college without eating sometimes 3) To save cost they shut down the main lift during night 4) No water filters on all floors 5) During breaks if some students go out they'll shut the refrigerators too Most of the reviews here are very old when the PG had just opened, wouldn't suggest after living here for a year”

Kanu Kani★★★★★The PG rent is very high for a double sharing room. The food is pathetic, when you complain about the food to the management they say "We wont change it". I stayed in this pg for more than a year, I would highly recommend not to stay in SN Comforts, instead look for a flat nearby which would be more "VALUE FOR MONEY"...(Any person who after stating in the PG writes the reality of the PG in the reviews, the management claims that they never stayed in their PG.)

Also the staff are very friendly, courteous and accommodating. The food is prepared on the premises...with good choice and is tasty. So if you are looking for a high quality PG in Banglore which is reasonably priced and value for the money...you need not look further.
