I would have given it a zero if there was an option. Its a very pathetic pg.. when electricity is not there, they never switch on generator and even if they do their generator does not give power on 5th and 6th floor. And when asked they say they dont have money.. i have no idea what we are paying them for. maids are rude, food is bad. Room and wardrobe is small. I would never suggest anyone to take this pg.. and rent is high

I stayed here for a month and the room which was provided to me was kept I guess for people who stayed for a short duration. The room was quite spacious and had proper ventilation. There were no grills for the window. The washroom of that room was pathetic. The moment I entered the room I saw many ants and informed the owner's wife but she did not take any step so I had to stay with ants for 1 whole month. The washroom looked like it was never cleaned and an used bath soap was kept. When I asked the owner to give me a different room, he told me I can take my call (he could have just answered no politely). Wifi doesn't work properly. Food is manageable. There is only one washing machine so it is very difficult to get a chance to wash clothes. There is no receipt for the payment made even if you ask 500 times. Tv remote was not provided even after asking maybe the tv does not work. Location is peaceful.

We ask the owner to fix something in the room ,if doesnt work. Dnt expect them to fix it in a day or 2. You will need to ask them a 100 times before they really put some effort in repairing it. And they always give a temporary solution so it's never fixed n the problem will occur again.

This PG is very good and fully furnished flats they will provide and also owner also very friendly to us. About food was very good compared to other pgs in Bangalore. I'm staying here from 2 years with good maintenance which was provided by the owner I can give 10 out 10 for this PG.. And this PG is user friendly for our comfort. Management will resolve our problems with in 24 hours for sure.
