Good place to stay. Clean and hygienic food, but I'd say bring your own cutlery. They have dish cleaning soap and sink where you can clean your cutlery. Room is broomed and mopped daily. Washrooms are also clean and have bucket and shower both. Gym is pretty good. 3 semi-automatic washing machines available, and the cloth drying area is also covered to protect from rain. One cupboard per person (the green one in the pic). Literally behind Bagmane Tech Park, perfect if you are working there. Overall good experience

I have stayed here for 4 months and the stay has been non problematic and easy going . The food is tasty and available till late night ( non veg days will be an exception ) . Rooms are kept clean daily and are very hygienic . Most of the staff are friendly and responsive . The owner ( Mr Srikanth ) is extremely professional and takes care of any complaints immediately. If you are looking for a professional setup where you would like to wind down after work near KR pura and Mahadevpura area, look no further . Bonus - They even have a gym with all the necessary equipment and it's situated in a very peaceful area + 10 min walk from Bagmane Tech Park .

It's best PG I have seen and would recommend because 1.Everyday Clealiness 2.Good food 3.Common Hall 4.Gym 5.Friendly management 6.Non Veg 2 times in week 7. Parties thrice in a year ( includes wine and non veg)

I had a very pleasant stay at the pg, the owner is very friendly and helpful. The food was decent, rooms were manageable, but the location was perfect for me and anyone who’s working at Bagmane, it’s a 2 min walk to the main gate of the tech park. The PG is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, most of the rooms are facing a very forest like area, hence it was always cool and pleasant inside the rooms. There were no restrictions on entry and exit, and all amenities were close by. Overall a very pleasant stay and a very kind owner. Definitely recommend taking a room here if you’re working at bagmane and looking for a pg nearby.

My stay at SDM GRAND was excellent overall. The location is perfectly convenient, within walking distance of Bagmane Tech Park, making it ideal for professionals working in the area. Fitness enthusiasts will particularly appreciate the well-equipped gym facilities. The accommodation provides nearly all essential amenities you'd expect. The only area for improvement would be the food quality, which could be enhanced.
