I Have paid the deposit amount for this pg. I have exited from pg after just 2 days due to medical emergency. It was said that I will be refunded my deposit amount if medical certificated were provided. I have attached my medical certificates. But the support team is just saying that the deposit of rs.12,000/- will not be refunded. Its a total scam. I was contacting for the support team from 30 days. But they are just lagging saying refund cant be given. Please do not pay the deposits. They will not refund it at all.

My prolonged stay at Zolo Valencia has been nothing short of a disillusioning ordeal. The property, masquerading as a professional accommodation, is in reality an egregiously mismanaged establishment offering third-rate facilities at an outrageously inflated cost. Despite charging an exorbitant ₹14,000—exclusive of meals—the amenities provided are insultingly basic, limited to a single fan and a light, accompanied by absurdly disproportionate electricity charges. The housekeeping services are utterly incompetent, displaying an appalling lack of consistency, hygiene, and accountability. Please do not go ahead with this, prefer airbnb or other PGs TLDR: Irrelevant charges, no hygiene, lift and other appliances not working & pathetic customer service, got dengue here 1. Irrelevant charges: this is the biggest correct. On top of rent and security, there will be signing charges and exit charges around 5k. And the way they calculate electricity charges is very amusing. It doesn’t get calculated based on your room units, but they take building bill and divide by number of residents. And that also totally randomly. My April bill was for 400. May bill (when I was not in property for 2weeks) was 1000 and June bill charged to me for 4 days was 400 again 2. When I raised the concern to customer support they were useless. They would say we will get back and it’s been more than 10days. Now that I have exited the property and still have an open ticket, can’t even reach them. The excessive electricity charges are deducted from your security if not paid 3. Lies: they told us that they will provide us with food before we joined and after joining they said there is no facility for food, that was an additional cost for us 4. This pg is horrible. To all the people who want to join. Strict warning don’t come. These people have basement rooms where network doesn’t come. Wi-Fi is not coming from 3 days and these people are not resolving it. Worst experience.

Please don't go here, from last 4 months they are charging 1600-1700 on top of your rent. When we raise ticket they will not give any answers and say it is calculated on pro data basis. Just image a room only have light and fan and in 2 bedded they charges 1700 to each person that is 3400 electricity bill from 1 room with only fan and light and on top of that I was not living in the PG from past 2-3 months and my roommate only come in the eve and sleep. Still this much bill. These people are scammers I am exiting this place. Not even worth of 1 star.

The service is very bad. The zolo property manager (shashank) has provided false hopes and not lifting calls after our request. He says am the manager for property and am not zolo nd asks us to raise it to customer care if something we requested to him gets delayed. This he could have told at very first place. But as a property manager he is our point of contact. I have vacated the property and now when i need proofs to submit to the employer for HRA, these guys are replying in an irresponsible way. They should consider people who left the property also as their customer if they require any documents. This is the reason we choose Stays like Zolo rather than some random stays. Request zolo to address this.

Worst PG, they getting money more from you, but inside their did not help to sort out your issue, anything you want you will create the ticket, but that ticket will solve hardly 1 month. If you did not pay on time they put fine , but 0% support to sort your issues. Don’t trust Zolo

good while onboarding, but they will make it hell for you when you leave. Guys trust me it is a scam, they have horrible service. And their customer service is unresponsive. I had a 1000 rs electricity bill for a month. No ac no cooler in room and i have 5 day working office. And the reason they are giving is common room charges are added to your bill and that we cannot do anything (unresolved ticket for more than 5 days). And this is just the surface. No proper security, lift doesn’t work half the times, NO FOOD, etc

This is a very big scam. Had come to stay for a 2 months for an internship. One part of the building doesn't get water, no point of complaining the manager and customer care are of no help. Also there are many additionally charges applied like random electricity bill, which are not at all based on your units

Worst stay. Zolo is a scam. I stayed in Zolo for 2 months and their policies are tooo bad. We opted for a basic plan where we had to pay 10k per month, but at the end of the month they add on unnecessary GST, utility charges and electric and water charges to the rent which is nonsense. And the worst part is they don’t refund the full deposit after you check out from the stay. And they don’t inform you in prior that we will not be receiving the complete amount.deducting 1k from the deposit is reasonable. But deducting upto 4.5k for unnecessary charges such as utility, electric, even though we had paid the electricity and water charges for that particular month stay is really absurd. And what even is EXIT FEE?? They deduct around 500-1000 from the deposit as EXIT FEE. Whoever is planning to stay here please think twice. Because it’s such a scam. They deduct and charge unnecessarily for each and everything and you will loose your money and you will not be able to question them back as everything is done online.

IT IS A SCAM!!! They charge you for every thing that they buy in the property. Customer care will not reply once you leave. 20k security we paid and majority of it was deducted stating any random reason. Never come to this property
