“One of the worst pg in the whole area worst experience over here nothing here works the food is tht worst part no cleanliness uses tap water to cook there is no cleaning in the whole pg, the lift is here for name sake i stayed here for 10 months the lift didn't work for 5 months, generator is for name sake it is never turned on, the water here is complete hard water full hair fall, the geysers don't work , the wifi stops working every 3 days, there r no working cc TV's here, the washing machine doesn't even work rather than cleaning clothes it makes them more dirty, if u put clothes to dry u won't find them next time they are stolen, the owner shows care to ppl for new joinee for 1 month then show full on attitude, he comes in the time of only rent then doesn't pick calls, the staff in the pg are soo rude, there is water available after 11 pm to till morning 7 am it's is very hard to maintain with out water, he uses all rotten items in the pg to cook, bathroom are cleaned only once in a month, the mirrors are broken the beds make sound, like there is no thing proper in this pg I would suggest ppl to not stay here even for 1 day stay in other pg's”

Parichay Dutta Biswas★★★★★Initially when I went to the pg the owner's behaviour was very gentle, once I became permanent for at least one year, his behaviour changed which was very careless behaviour. All the time he says to adjust. Here I have one question if we pay 2000/- instead of 6500/- and tell you to adjust, will you adjust??. Personally I won't recommend that especially for the students. I realised at the end that Instead of pg taking room rent is much better, Thank you. Services in short: Food is not bad but worst. cctv( yes) but most of them doesn't work wifi (yes) but too slow. washing machine (yes) but no maintenance ( filter is very dirty, water doesn't come) the generator(yes) doesn't turn on. elevator(yes) not accessible from 11:00 PM to 6 AM. belongings/personal vehicle safety/ security is zero.
