I had a very bad experience with this property, room was stinking full of cigarettes, shower tap was broken, room service was very bad. The AC was not getting switched on , after a long wait the batteries of the AC remote were changed and then it worked. I requested for restaurant menu at 1.30pm and had to call the reception 3 times to get the menu card only at 2.35pm. Also, as soon as I checked in I got a call from reception asking to check out next day by 9:00 Am however in booking check out time was 11:00Am, reason they told someone had booked entire property next day and they want early check in. The reception staff was extremely rude he told me that if you cannot check out early tmrw then you can take a refund and go now, who tells the guest like this? For name sake this is three star, rules and policies are not followed.poor facility. This is not good place to stay with family.

Rooms wr clean and neat.... Swimming pool was good.... Apart from tat nothing.... Do not expect room service n al it's totally 0. Even after calling them twice and requesting for cold water bottle no proper response one they should tel no u should come and buy or we will service but 15 rps will be charged nothing was informed we even went directly and asked them also der response was will check and nothing was done.... This might be a big drawback in future for this resort... And security asks for tips while checkout y was tat so I don't understand... When service is satisfactory we will give it without asking... This has to be taken care. But for a peaceful stay it's good. And not wort the money without all this facility....

Extremely disappointing stay. This so-called 3-star resort doesn’t even meet 1-star standards. The staff are arrogant and completely unhelpful. Something as basic as a kettle was missing from the room. I had to call reception three times and still waited for over an hour without getting it. The service is pathetic, the attitude of the staff is unacceptable, and nothing about this place matches the standards they claim. Definitely not worth the money — I would strongly advise avoiding this resort.

Heritage Shelters and resort. We arrived, the staff was courteous, showed us our rooms before we committed, even though we had booked online. Once we checked in, realized that there were no soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms and the staff replaced it promptly. So far, so good. By evening, as we are having dinner, the horror starts. Four school buses with 120+ kids arrive from Kerala. That in itself was no issue. But all four buses were blaring music, well above the legal limit of 75 dB. Multiply that by four, you get the idea. Kids partied into the night, but everything was quiet later on, so we let it go. Next day, we went out came back in the evening, thought we will have dinner at the resort. Repeat of the same problem. 4 buses, but this time the music never stopped. We asked the staff to close the door to the restaurant, which some were ready to do. The manager refused. He kept arguing that kids will do this. We had elders in the party and this was quickly becoming unbearable. So we asked this (nepotism gave me this job, I can’t get fired attitude hotel manager with no hotel management experience, name is Venkatesh.), to help shut down the music. No help at all. We cancelled

Worst experience I have had, with the night manager named Venkatesh. This guy does not care about other guests. We had a horrible time with him dealing with a bunch of school kids who came in blaring music in the middle of the night. Doesn’t look like Venkatesh has ever managed a hotel before. 🤦🏽‍♂️ Guy was rude to one of India’s pre-eminent mental health experts. Didn’t seem to care. Ps: Ask your staff what happened last night, without giving me some templated answer and some WhatsApp number that might go back to Venkatesh. 🙏🏻

Don't even visit this resort those i booked this resort on booking.com and it was confirmed with confirmation details and the manager of that resort is so egotistic that u can give me bad review it doesn't matter we don't care this pathetic attitude will take them nowhere and after confirmation they didn't allocate the room for us and then they are charging double the amount for the room and asking us this is most pathetic way of treating ur guests and i request u all to avoid booking at this resort at any cost

I recently had the misfortune of staying at heritage shelters resorts and I must say, it was a thoroughly underwhelming experience. Despite its promising appearance, the hotel fell short in providing even the most basic levels of service and responsiveness. # Issues Encountered: - *Unresponsive Staff:* The front desk staff seemed completely uninterested in addressing our concerns or queries. Calls and messages went unanswered, leaving us feeling ignored and frustrated. - *Lack of Amenities:* The hotel's website promised a range of amenities, but upon arrival, we found that many of these were either unavailable or not functioning properly. # Conclusion: Overall, my stay at heritage shelters resorts was a disappointment. The hotel's failure to provide basic levels of service and responsiveness made our stay uncomfortable and stressful. Unless significant improvements are made, I would not recommend this hotel to others. # Recommendations: - Improve staff responsiveness and training to address guest concerns. - Enhance housekeeping services to ensure rooms are properly cleaned and maintained. - Ensure that all advertised amenities are available and functioning properly.

Horrible Experience even without staying at the hotel. The Manager named Venkatesh ruined our evening by send us pics and making us belive that it is the best hotel. The place is filled with insects. I would not advise people to stay in thos place the manager need to be upfront and tell the truth when we spoke to him on multiple occasions

Terrible Experience - Worst Management Ever This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The management was incredibly unprofessional and outright rude. When I raised a concern about the food being bald and poorly prepared, the manager not only dismissed my feedback but started shouting at me in front of other customers. It’s shocking how they treat paying customers with such disrespect. Instead of addressing the issue, they acted like we were the problem. The staff seemed scared and unmotivated, likely due to the hostile environment created by the management. The food was overpriced and lacked quality, but the behavior of the management was what truly ruined the experience. I will never go back to this place, and I strongly recommend avoiding it if you value respect and good service.

We were here for a month and the quality of buffet degraded exponentially, they won’t give us starters until we asked them specially even tho it’s supposed to be buffet. The room cleaning also wasn’t proper, after some time they won’t change the bedsheets instead just spreading the same bedsheet, they will forget to bring new pair of towel repeatedly. There’s is no spa it’s just for the name sake, gym equipment’s aren’t in use. Overall if you are coming here for 2-3 days it’s good but other than that it’s a no.

I had visited this place 3 years ago and decided to stay again without seeing the reviews. The owner has changed so is the staff. The staff everyone including the front office and restaurant definitely require some manners. They are super rude to you, don’t know how to behave with guests. Cost of a pakoda per plate is 200, while ghee rice costs you 180. When enquired they started saying you should check the menu before ordering and explaining the rental of the place( which i’m least bothered) Definitely not recommending this place to anyone.

I don’t recommend this place. It’s lacking basic hotel facilities like good room service, hair dryer in room, water glass in room etc and if you ask anything, forget about it, you will be keep on waiting for it. They will never bother to give anything. If you still want to waste your money, my kind suggestion is to Never take dinner included because it’s not buffet and they will ended up looking at you even if you order anything from ala-carte which was allowed to order till 1500 as I paid for dinner already while booking the room. I ended up ordering hardly one vegetable for 3 persons and went out and had dinner outside. Also if possible don’t take breakfast too, because they are lacking variety in food and quality of food is below average. Again I just ended up taking breakfast too outside . I felt I wasted a lot of money while booking on food as it’s very far from city and nothing to eat is near by.

The service is very bad I ordered a chicken briyani which tastes like sambar rice and rasam rice, the price of food is extremely high and not worth it customer service is also very bad . The quantity of food is very less and doesn't taste good , the waiter cancel the order on his own , we had to re order the food again. The waiting time is very high even though there were very little people at the time as we were not there in a peak time in my opinion this is the worst ever hotel that 8 ever visited

I have decided stay here for a weekend after seeing this place in Agoda. Well truth is it’s not that great. The drone shots which show this place is just a hype! The staff hospitality is non existent. They don’t care whether you come or go. The only hospitality we got was from the security guard at the gate, he was very sweet and was always available if we needed anything. The respect you get at the reception is nill. They charge you based on which app you booked this place. When it comes to the stay, one villa had around 4-5 rooms (like any normal hotel). We were given a room in the first floor, it was like a bhoot bungalow inside with no proper furniture. The floors were super dirty and sticky with rain water. I regretted why I spent so much for this place. Other than the bed we slept in, nothing is good here. Inside the room, you’ve got a good balcony and view that’s it! That too view of other villas lol. Please think before you book here for a fun weekend or else you’ll be regretting by the end of the trip. My advise please have some respect towards the customers and stop taking the extra money than that is quoted.
