I stayed in this PG for around 4 months, and my experience was very disappointing as the place is poorly maintained, the rooms and beds are not clean, there are bed bugs, and the management is completely unresponsive to maintenance issues.

I have been living in this PG for 5 months. Although the food was reasonable compared to other PGs in the area, but the change in management(owner & caretaker) last month disrupted the system. Kitchen area smells so bad and food quality is good example of diminishing marginal utility over time. "They don't take any complaint seriously", Security is so poor that an unknown person can enter and roam easily, The wifi network seems to be mostly unstable. They provide a TV but solely for use as a mirror. The bed is good, but it is advised not to use the mattress. (It'll be a direct invitation to Bedbugs.) If you read this review till here I'll suggest you can find better PG at same cost in the area.

I have been living in this PG for 2 Years . The food is not good after the changing management. The owner is totally money minded and their is no proper timetable for the food. They don't take any complaint seriously. There are lot of bed bugs in pg after complning to management they are not taking any action on it and they will tell the one thing that we done pest control but their is no control in bed bugs.

Stayed here for 5 months in double share. Paid 9K per month. I mainly find two things bad about this PG. 1.The constant bad smell near the kitchen premises. 2.Absence of a generator. (BTM has frequent power cuts) Other than those two things I liked that PG. I stayed in other pgs of that area too, but this one is definitely better in terms of food and management.
