This pg gave me wonderful homely feeling through out my stay of around 10 months. Hygiene and safety were my priorities while looking for a pg and this was the one. Biometric entry and exit, food is average, TV, Refrigerator, cooking and ironing facilities are provided, overall I recommend this pg for anyone looking for in Basaveshwar Nagar.

It is the best PG in basaveshwaranagar. The rooms are spacious. All the facilities you can imagine like wifi, washing machine, 24*7 hot water, cooking area, hall, terrace, chargeable bulbs are provided here. The food is hygenic. Cleaning is done everyday. Biometric with strict curfew time of 10.30 PM, so it's really safe and secure. The location of the PG is one of the best things about it. You can literally find medical stores, general stores, parks, street food and brand outlets within 100m radius.

Nice place to stay..Very clean, spacious and airy rooms. New apartment. Home made delicious meals. Biometric entry and exit, hence strangers cannot walk in without residents knowledge. Safe, posh locality. Warden is with a sisterly nature. Caring, friendly and supportive. Not money minded. Residents are mostly students, working women from mostly affluent background. Fridge, washing machine, iron board, geyser, induction stove, clean water available. Worth the money we spend. Decent educated people running the Pg and staying there. Would love to stay there. The best PG in basaveshwar nagar. I stayed here for 5+ years and enjoyed my stay. Never felt like vacating this place even when there was lockdown. The building is completely secured with biometric entry and cc cameras. Strict night entry time is maintained by the owner. Food is homely and better compared to other PGs in this area. Cleaning is done everyday. House keeping is trustworthy and punctual. Owners are very friendly and caring. Locality is safe and clean. Facilities like wifi(even if there is power cut), refrigerator, washing machine, 24/7 hot water, chargeable bulbs and self cooking area are provided. Hospitals, medical stores, banks, parks and grocery stores are at a walkable distance from this PG.
