Why the score — what people flag
“The care taker is a fraud. He first said the rent is 7500 for triple sharing, later on the day of checkin said there is a non refundable one time maintanence charge (which is still fine). Also for extra days of stays he had agreed at 250/- day and one day later during check in changed it to 500/- per day. This guie had recorded all calls as he was aware he was going to do some mix up, unfortunately the charges he agreed was discussed face to face and not on call. We left from here immediately. On asking to connect to his owner he simply refused. Please beware of this person. Rooms are decent but to too small for 2-3 people to stay, no place to even more in the rooms although they are charing 21/22K per room. Food seemed to be decent and clean from outside (not tasted though)”
