I stayed there for 5 months.initially they told 1000 rupees as a non refundable amount from the deposit amount. When i vacated 2000 rupees dedicated from the deposit amount. Like this they are doing fraud for money. They don't have fixed rent for rooms. Based on the requirement and availability room rent will vary.

Worst PG experience ever. Owner is extremely money-minded. No proper cleaning, rooms and washrooms stay dirty, and cleaning happens hardly once a week, that too not properly. Food is very bad, unhygienic, and not sufficient for everyone. During festivals, no food is provided even after taking full rent. There is no personal space at all. The owner enters rooms without permission, turns off fans early in the morning during summer to save electricity, and even switches off the geyser main switch exactly between 7–9 AM, which is peak college and office time for most people. Only one washing machine for 60+ people, and water supply for it is disconnected after 9 PM. No proper parking area — vehicles get covered in heavy dust daily, and during rainy season bikes are exposed to rain and mud. Main door gets locked after 10 PM and won’t be opened even during emergencies. Also, many positive reviews seem fake and posted using multiple accounts by the owner himself. Don’t trust the ratings. Better avoid this PG completely.

EPG is not clean and there is a lot of mosquitos. There is no wifi network. The owner does not take care of the property. He charges a lot of room rent. He does not clean the washing machine. There is only one washing machine. The washing machine is very dangerous for PT bro and PG owner's children. And there is no bike safety parking.

I Searched for a lot of PGs in Yelahanka but I found this is the best PG in the Yelahanka and the food awesome and clean and hygienic they will sweep and mop everyday. And there they are providing 3 time food per day
