Lived in Stanza Living Como House for 1.5 yrs and honestly… big red flag 🚩. If you’re a student or just looking for some peace, pls skip this PG.The vibes? Straight-up drainage. Zero cleanliness. The maids? Super rude, give attitude if you even ask them to clean properly. Kitchen is dead — like not even usable. 🤢And omg, the noise. There’s a pub downstairs blasting speakers till 4 AM every night, plus random local rowdies shouting nonstop. Studying or sleeping here? Literally impossible. We complained so many times to RC, but they just ghost you. They straight-up scam you with ₹7k maintenance. Spoiler: no actual maintenance. And the biggest trap? Even if u want short-term stay, they force a 1-yr contract + 2 months’ deposit which they legit never return. Marketing guy Sumit? Worst. Zero chill, zero professionalism. TLDR: Don’t waste your time or money. This place is noisy, unhygienic, scammy, and total chaos. 🚫

I hope this is the property of stanza, stayed hear for an Year, it's a Disappointing Experience. I recently had the misfortune of staying a como house , kormangla and I must warn others to avoid this place at all costs. The facilities are subpar, maintenance is non-existent, and the administration is incredible RUDE. Dirty and cramped rooms Lot of bed bugs, kitchen is like Bangalore drinage seems like whole Bangalore drinage in that kitchen. Unhygienic bathrooms with perpetual water supply issues Outdated furniture and appliances No proper laundry facilities ( Washing machine always be in repairs they take hardly 10 to 15 days to make it repaired) *Maintenance:* - Broken fixtures and appliances remain unrepaired - Frequent power outages - Unaddressed pest control - Rude and unresponsive staff - Only concerned with filling rooms, not providing value service A Staff named Shabana Azmi is worst staff I seen in my entire stay , she is very rude towards the tenets, not responding to anything on time, not checking any works,, she is worste of worste which we saw. She always seems to fill the beds and take good commission sole focus on occupancy, rather than providing quality s

horrible service actually no service at all. the photos in the website is completely misleading. lived here for an year. no cleanliness, entire mess is full of rats & lizards. extreme poor quality of food, taste apart, the food makes you sick. laundry service is not reliable AT ALL. fridges don’t work, microwave is never cleaned ever. the housecleaning & security is very irresponsible. the staff is not even aware when so many times strangers/ delivery men enter the pg. the night security is always asleep & smells of alcohol. please do yourself & your kid a favour & don’t go ahead with this place. there are much cheaper & better places available:)

To be honest, won’t recommend this place to any students who are looking for clean and tidy rooms and spacious rooms. The pictures in the website is misleading and reality is different. Rooms are congested with very less space to move around, wash room is close by your bed and sharing rooms are pathetic. They have neither painted the rooms nor dusted or cleaned properly. Washrooms were stinking and not even cleaned properly. And pricing is too high for these poorly maintained rooms. I would suggest students not to fall in this scam, rather search for better places with lesser price. Study tables are not provided either. Hope reviews will help students to make right decision.

very poor management. They don't solve any problem, cause inconvenience. I have 3 months left in my contract and they have no room to provide me. My room got bedbugs and they didn’t take it seriously when i complained. After repeated reminders, they got pest control done by housekeeping itself for which they made me vacate the whole room for 3 days. The room still has bedbugs and they are not even responding to the problems that i’m facing

Pathetic. Students are immensely troubled as there is no hot water facility or pantry. Its highly overpriced and there are issues of bed bugs and water leakage from ceiling. Food is stale and cold. Laundry is uncertain and cleaning services are bad. please do not fall for their marketing strategies, as its all just to attract students when in reality the services provided are pathetic.

The price is comparatively higher than other pg's.We payed soo much for better facilities,but they are ditching us in the middle of 1 year agreement. In my case it's been only 3 months to me here and they are suddenly telling that they are shifting us to a distant accommodation which is very far from our college and in which they will provide transportation facilities.But the major concern why we came here was, it's near our college. Although all this was informed in a very short notice that we have to shift immediately.They are doing very much unfair to us its the time for our Examinations and they are literally leaving us mentally disturbed.We are searching for flats nd pg's in the time when we have to study for our exams.Even we are not very much sure about our refunds. My overall experience is awful in Compos House Stanza living.

Como house was low-key one of the biggest let downs☠️❌ I got into como house just a couple of months ago, and honestly, I never expected to be writing a negative review this soon. But after such a disappointing experience, I feel people should know the reality before making a decision. Almost suffered with no hot water since joined and the only response from management is "under approval" every single time. It's been 1.5 month's It's is the basic need! During monsoon season it's a basic necessity. There are also lot of bed bug 🪲 🐞issues in my room where the suffered like anything if we inform RC they ask us to pay 1000Rs for bed bug treatment. There is no point to spend for what we not the reson. U can find plenty of cockroachs 🪳🪳🪳freely dancing in the rooms Marketing team told me as a female-only stay, but after moving in, they suddenly started talking about making it co-living without informing residents beforehand. On top of that, electricity charges are quite high, Wi-Fi gets over surprisingly fast, evry time WiFi get over mid of the month only remaining 15 days again we need to pay and get add on packages its happening every one in the pf irrespective of the utilisat
