Rent is more in 3 sharing 7800 is high. I stayed in 6000,rs in 2 sharing with 2k advance.. in almost 3 Pg sharing with only 2k advance. Better to buy 1 bhk. In this pg food is not good,bedbugs and cockroaches there.and pg owner is very rude and he only need money and he is a money minded person.he will never return your advance back when you vacate.better to avoid this whoever planning their stay

I don't know why everyone is giving 5star🤦, no proper maintenance if u r a foodie then don't dare to join here😂, food is tasteless (no salt & chilli powder in curries) , I've reduced 2kg in 1 week. Coming to cleaning purpose, sweeper will come and clean for formality only. She won't clean properly. Rent 3 sharing - 6.5k (not worth to pay this much) Maintenance charge - 3k 🤦

Worst pg. Me and my friend visited this pg. Common area is full of chappals like temple . Fridge is in very bad condition.heard from some of the people staying saying food is worst and no cleanliness in preparation of food.heard bedbugs as well. no proper maintenance of amenities. When we came lift is not working. They dont even on the generator if power went off.so many complaints they have. Thank god i didn't join here.

Was asked 10000 for double sharing plus 3000 deposit as of 26-march-2022 with food. Priced high as compared to other pg's when I searched around. Didn't mind spending that much as long as the conditions and cleanliness are upto the mark.The owner was pretty hospitable. But the pics of the room are not the same when I saw it physically. Probably those are old pics dated 10 or 20 years back. Moved out the moment I heard there were bed bugs, within 5 to 10 minutes. Booked a AC single bedroom hotel thinking price and worth. Ended up good decision for me. Bed bugs are a no no for me. Having sleepless nights would have been a bad decision I made in case, I stayed at this P.G. but the owner was very cooperative and hence I'm giving 2 stars for this. But for rs10,000 2 sharing, this place is not worth in my opinion and considering the 3000 maintenance deposit with 1000 or 1500 refund when leaving.

Rooms are good but the rent is comparatively high. But if you spend most of the time in room, you can take advantage of the facilities here. Since, I am a north indian and can not compromise with food. This PG didnt suit my taste and eating habbits. Also the management and services are not up to the mark as mentioned at the time of registration.

owner is very friendly, and supportive. The rooms and common areas are always clean and well-maintained. The food quality is good, Overall, this is one of the best PG in JP Nagar in terms of cleanliness, food, and management. I highly recommend this PG to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.
