“READ BELOW BEFORE CHOOSING THIS PG: My tenure in the PG - 1.5 years Speaking from my experience, whoever plans to stay here please be mindful that they don't stick to the agreement specially when it comes to returning the deposit amount. They would come up with uninformed deductions and reduce your deposit amount. Also, they did not return my deposit in time. I had to do a 1000 follow-ups. When I decided to leave the PG, I informed the manager one month before. I requested him to adjust my last month's rent from my deposit amount and I'll pay the difference if any. But he insisted that I pay the rent for the last month in advance and when I Ieave, they will give me back my deposit. I paid the last month's rent hoping that they would give me back my deposit as per the agreement. I even vacated the room before the month ended (on 22nd Dec). I told the manager about it and asked him to settle my deposit amount, but he said the deposit will be settled only by 2nd of Jan. I followed what he said and handed over the key on 3rd Jan morning, but even after the key handover, they did not refund my deposit amount as mentioned in the agreement. “"Stay was a letdown. Unclean rooms, dirty kitchen, and my charger got stolen by the cleaning staff… but later they changed the staff. Overall its was a not bad experience. It was a good experience in that place.”

“Worst behavior towards a customer. They never return your security deposit. While requesting the manager over phone (because he's never at the PG) for the return of my security deposit, he just arrogantly disconnected my call. P.S.-The other five star review given here is by the manager himself (Anas), so dont go by it.”

Nayan Sarkar★★★★★The place is in a well commun area with easy access to your needs from Banks to Bazar, restaurants to grocery. Which is handy because this guest house is on "self-cooking" services, meaning you have to cook for yourself. I perticularly liked the venue, it's clean and modern with generator for electricity and the staff's talking style was professional and friendly. I'd recommend anyone professional or traveler to choose this Though I just booked a room, I'm yet to review the stay. So I'll be updating on the stay and services all together after some time.
