Honestly, stay far away—this place is a total nightmare. You'll spend every night getting eaten alive by bed bugs while management completely ignores your pleas for help or basic repairs. They have the nerve to overcharge for a room that’s falling apart, and they’ll find every excuse to keep your security deposit when you finally try to leave. It’s basically a financial trap wrapped in fake photos and empty promises. Save your sanity and your money; literally anywhere else would be better than this unhygienic mess. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS PG If want to see the nightmare and you have lot of money means you can go The one star is also worthless for this PG

Worst PG Ever - AVOID at All Costs! This PG is an absolute nightmare and a complete waste of money. I can confirm the "0 maintenance" claim, as it seems they literally do zero to upkeep the place. The biggest issue by far is the rampant bed bug infestation – it's unbearable and made my stay miserable. Save yourself the trouble and your money; do NOT consider staying here.

Don’t join this PG, worst PG to stay. Rooms are not clean, Very unhygienic. Everywhere you can find “Bed bugs”. Owner is Money minded. Only 1 geyser for entire floor with limited timings.

Waste of money. The PG people won't clean rooms at all. No laundry. Fans won't work sometimes. Moreover the PG owner simply loots your money. Parking facility is not available. We have to pay extra 1000 for parking itself. Food is not available. While paying advance they say we provide food at extra charge but after joining when we mention about food the owner says no it is not available. Hot water is not available. No security at all. I personally recommend not to join this PG if you wish to have good hygiene.

Worst PG I ever saw. Don't trust the 5 star ratings, owner himself made the tenants to put them. Until paying the rent and advance amount he responds nicely saying food is there, hot water is there, laundry is there, parking is there n all. After joining the conditions come. He tells food is available but it doesn't taste good so don't opt for it, hot water is there but only one hot water tap per floor, laundry place is there which means we have to go and wash our clothes in the terrace, cleaning charges extra, parking charges extra, only 2-3 bikes can be parked for the whole pg and if he ask him about the condition he tells to park bike outside nearby bank. No backup power. He won't return advance amount also.

You will get the very good response from the owner but once you get into the PG you cannot expect anything from the owner. In case you want to leave PG with any kind of emergency you won't get the advance amount even if you informed 10 days before you won't get the advance amount back. The Reviews given with 5 star were guided by the owner itself.

I'm writing my honest review after I left my pg from here. I lived here for around 2 and half month. Worst PG which I ever saw. Not even deserved for 1* . Note : Heaven for bed bugs ; not for people's . Very poor maintanance . Cons : 1. Free entry for bed bugs 2. Poor maintanance 3. No cleaning of floors 4. Over cost for single room Rs. 4500 - 5000 rs 5. No washing machines 6. No hot water all the time 7. No food Pros : 1. Near to Saraswati nagar bus stop 2. Ganesh temple and Vishnu temples are near to the pg 3. Filtered drinking water 4. Area is quite good

Very very bad pg. No hot water, no drinking water availability. Please don't waste your time and money. He will charge extra 700/- from security deposit when you are leaving the pg. Be informed about this. No security too
