1. I just paid an amount of rupees 7k as advance , due to some medical emergency I want to cancel this booking .. It’s not even been 4 hours since I paid the advance amount and the receptionists are telling me that they can’t refund my amount once paid which doesn’t make any sense as I was not informed about the same prior to my booking. I did not even stay in this pg for even single day and they are telling me that they can’t refund even single penny which is very much unacceptable from such reputed pgs.. Requesting the pg owner to kindly understand the situation and repay me the amount paid. Thanks !! 2. It’s deeply frustrating to see how easily you dismiss this situation. For those of us who work hard to earn every rupee, losing such an amount is not something that can be brushed aside. My parents’ hard-earned money is at stake, and keeping it under these circumstances, without any prior communication of your non-refundable policy, is both unfair and unethical. Comfortable stay, good food, nice bathrooms. No pests, and near to the any big companies. Will be vacating soon. FOOD ISNT ALLOWED to be taken to the ROOM, as I work very late, I prefer taking it upstairs and eating once my work gets over (if i go to dining that late obviously food will be almost over) but this seemingly isn't allowed which poses a trouble to me always. All the monthly payments are strictly on CASH ONLY (if you know you know). Every room have only a SINGLE KEY (even triple or double sharing) which can be very problematic if your roomie is coming late at night, cannot compromise safety by leaving the key out. The cleaning is done nearly everyday, bathrooms once in 2-3days. They have a female and a MALE HELPER for this (one brooms one sweeps), which im not really comfortable with. Overall good.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my thoughts on the recent changes at this PG. It's quite disheartening to see it transition into a ladies' PG just three months after opening. I must say, when it first opened as Co-live PG in January, it was truly impressive. The facilities were top-notch, with fantastic rooms, a well-equipped gym, delicious food, and a very considerate owner. Initially, they allocated 100 beds to boys and 100 to girls, but while the boys' side filled up quickly, the girls seemed hesitant to even visit. Plus, with many of us owning bikes, parking has become an issue as the road gets congested which is the main problem for the water tankers. However, there have been some bumps along the way. The gym equipment turned out to be second-hand, and the management promptly informed most of us whenever they saw us using them as when they were cheated by the vendor. They're replacing them with new ones soon, so let's see how that goes. I've been in good relation to the owner as he was also a IT empoyee since I moved in, and I can empathize with the challenges they're facing. They've invested a lot into this PG and can't afford to run it at a loss. Many of us who join

I've stayed in this PG for few months in a 2 sharing room. The room was quite spacious and with good ventilation. Compare to other rooms the bathroom was quite big in the room I stayed. They sweep the room everyday. Mopping and toilet cleaning happens two days once. There are 6 floors, every floor has 1 washing machine. There is a space in the terrace to dry the cloths. Fridge, water filter, hot water facility ( for both drinking and bathing ), lift, wifi, tv, a small space for gym with some equipments and Table tennis were also there. Regarding food: both (south indian and north Indian) veg and non veg were there. For Dinner, Roti, Rice, some subzi, dal will be there and on Sundays they used to have briyani. I felt kind of okayish. An oven, a gas stove and an induction stove were also there if we need to cook something. Regarding commute: Ecoworld, Ecospace, embassy tech village... are in walkable distance. Over all this PG is good. There are good response from staffs as well. For security, there is a finger print authentication. For 2 sharing, I've paid 14k as rent and 7k as deposit, as per their terms, 2k they'll take for maintenance. 3 sharing and 4 sharing rooms were also the

Easily the Best PG to stay in Bellandur. *Good Management *Good Food *Cleaning done regularly *Table tennis, Gym available *Near IT parks *Rooms available on per day basis *Very well organised One request I have for the owner is to reconsider the decision to change this to Ladies only PG. When I stayed here, the PG was co-live. Not sure what the issue was but the owner decided to convert this to Ladies only PG.
