They are pure scammers!! Firstly the quality of all matteress and pillows provided are very bad. Almost in a Rotten state. Room cleaning happening only on request. I barely stayed for 2weeks, paid deposit + move in charges and a month's rent. Now they call me after two months are ask for more money as move out charges. And then go ahead and threaten of legal action again my documents. If you don't want to be scammed and threatened by them, stay away from this property.HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED

Fraud people, Thy will not give back your deposit even after 30 days, And even if they will they will cut all unnecessary charges. The pg is very badly maintained, Matress are not good and manager is rude. Also PG is not at all safe.

Its a pathetic property to stay in. First of all its too expensive for nothing. If you need something there wouldn’t be anyone to can contact. Its really filthy with insects and rats everywhere. And majority of the time there would be no water in the property. Incase anything goes wrong like plumbing, you have to bear your own charges as these people wouldn’t help at all. The worst thing is they don’t return your deposit. They will scam you there as well. Its not worth a single penny.

Please read the agreement carefully. Don't trust the manager. He will try and win your trust and not let you read the agreement properly. Electricity is not free, there are caps on internet and water that are so harsh that you will have to pay for that also. They increase the rent so no point of bargaining. The app takes no request for problems. The customer care is basically a bot who can say pls check the agreement in which you were tricked into. Go to some other place. It will all look good but it's just a trap with no refund for atleast a month after you leave. All these 5 star reviews are alcohol buddies of the scamming property manager. Every word they say is nonsense

Worst CO-Living space in Bangalore, Bedbugs, Water problems, Electricity Problems, Food problems, you name it and at last, when you ask for the deposit they will scam you in that no proper road in front of PG, no proper security it's like Shelter home anybody can go in and out. If you want a peaceful life don't opt for this stay.

Waiting for my refund even after moving out of the property 6 months ago. Everytime I raise a ticket to their favorite "care" email ID they don't bother to respond. Good property handled by bad people who prefers cheating people with their hard earned money. Their competitors are way better in initiating refund on time. DO NOT GO FOR HELLOWORLD unless you have to sleep on the road!!

I tried Check out this place, but the customer support and sales are very bad. Customer support. They are not even waiting till i finish my statement they directly cut the call. Sales I asked neeraj for details as a list of what all is available. He dint give that he is just repeating the same answer what he said in the beginning. I don't want a wag reply. I want a proper list of all the items available and not available. And I want to know about the extra charges. I dint get these details. So i would not recommend Hello world.

This place is so costly and looks wise ok but once you get in nothing is available as promised and Whatever concerns you mail to care@helloworld.com and those people never even reply you . Also you never know when they steal your money apart from your rent, they will suddenly charge for water , electricity bla bla bla . Also i have shifted from the property on February till now they have not returned my advance and half month rent back, though i have stayed for half a month and they asked me to pay the full money. And due to covid they were not able to pay my advance amount by March which is acceptable. But they are stalling the process until today. All the banks are working fine and I don't see any difficulty for them to do one online transaction. They are misusing the current situation which is not fair.My Ex roomie is telling they are collecting rent so properly from them on date.They are cheaters They never replied to my mails also.Guys please be aware of this "Hello world". Don't ever go for it. Till now I am fighting to get my money back and the customer support is telling maybe by June I get my money back.Guys be aware of this cheaters Just for a name sake the below re

This place is absolute nonsense! There is no water almost all the time and the POC doesn’t pick your call ever, they have so many broken amenities(switch, shower, TV, curtains) paying so much rent here for this third rated service is worthless. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
