I stayed 14months in this pg all are good but I faced one incident about electricity bill owner is money minded they asked to pay electricity bill or immediately vacate. Actually they said if you pay electricity bill you will continue if you not pay this is your last month please vacate and they told discuss with your roomates and let me know tomorrow evening but next day they told if you pay electricity bill you will continue to 1month then you vacate the pg if not immediately vacate the pg I Will settle what ever has to be returned to you. Worst behaviour then why the charge monthly rent???

I'm staying this pg in 3 months Food is tooooo bad not good for health. Food maker not professional maker food 0/5 . He Don't know enything Lunch human can't eat everyday.. Without food best option this pg reaming good.. 24 hr hot water room also clean bathroom also cleaning everyday . Owner also professional no down about on that

One of the best PG near Hoskote. Stayed 8 months here. Regularly cleaned room, 2W parking , decent food, Wi-Fi , washing machine all facilities available. PG owner Mr. Vijai is connected with each inmates personally. He visits every day and resolves issues responsibly.

I’ve been staying at J K Gents PG for the past three months, and my experience has been excellent, if you are looking for a PG near Hoskote here are my take aways. Location: The PG is situated near Govt hospital Hoskote, close to Hoskote industrial area and the main market is nearby (2km). Facilities: The rooms are spacious, furnished, and come with all the necessary amenities, Wi-Fi, laundry (self service), and 24/7 water supply is available (RO Drinking water). Food: The food here is a highlight. All items are Made with sunflower oil and all ingredients used are of good quality,nutritious, delicious, and varied. Cleanliness: Rooms and washrooms are regularly cleaned. Management: Owner ensure that any issues are resolved promptly and create a homely atmosphere for all residents. Overall Experience: So far my stay at this PG has been good. The combination of good facilities and good food make this PG liveable, If you are looking for a good accommodation facility in hoskote then this PG highly recommended. *You can also stay for short periods of time*

I was join on May 6th, Owner very friendly and receiving very nice. Especially food is very nice and heat water within 3-4 minutes it's ready with geyser, nice bike parking, rooms also very spacious.and finally whatever problems will come those things owner will respond immediately and clear those things.
