1/5 - Very Horrible Experience Worst management, worst behavior, worst food, and worst service. Our experience at GK Hill View Resort was extremely disappointing. The staff behavior was rude and unprofessional. They didn’t even allow us to use a camera to take family pictures, which was very shocking and unreasonable. In the evening, we requested them multiple times to turn on the lights at a specific location so we could cut a cake for my niece’s birthday. Even after repeated requests, they turned on the lights very late, kept them on for just 5 minutes, and then switched them off again. It completely spoiled the birthday celebration. The food was very limited and tasted very bad. If we wanted any item for a second time, we had to keep requesting the staff. They would say the items were finished and ask us to wait. Even after waiting, nothing was properly served. Eventually, we decided not to eat at all and just washed our hands. Overall, it was a very horrible and frustrating experience. I strongly recommend not visiting GK Hill View Resort. Definitely not worth the money or time.

Our group of seven families visited GK Hill View Resort for a day outing recently. While the property has potential, we had a very distressing experience regarding basic hygiene and service. Three children in our group (including my two kids) drank water from the dispenser provided in the common area. We later realized the water was unfiltered/non-RO. By the next day, all three children developed stomach infections and were vomiting. When we noticed the water had a strange taste, we went to the resort restaurant to buy packaged water. We were shocked to find they were charging ₹30 for a bottle with an MRP of ₹20. It is pathetic that a resort failing to provide safe drinking water then chooses to overcharge customers for a basic necessity during a health concern. Advice to others: If you are planning a day outing here, please carry your own water bottles. Do not rely on the dispensers provided. We hope management takes immediate action on their water filtration and pricing ethics.

Pricing is highly inconsistent—booked 3 rooms at ₹6,500 online, but direct booking was ₹9,600 for 2 rooms the same stay. My experience at GK Hill Resort was terrible from start to finish. The quality of the food was very poor — definitely not what you expect from a resort. After swimming, we asked the manager Subramanian for tea. He told us it would only be served at 4:30 PM. We politely said that’s fine, he can give it now andwe don't need again at 4:30. Also we mention that's fine even it’s chargeable we are okay with that. But the tea they served tasted like it was made in the morning and just reheated. When we complained, Subramanian rudely insisted it was freshly made, which was clearly untrue. The manager's attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. I genuinely don’t understand how someone with such behaviour is handling guests or holding a manager position. Even the activities were completely mismanaged. The staff seemed clueless, slow, and had no coordination. Overall, a very bad experience. I definitely DO NOT recommend visiting GK Hill Resort. Total waste of money and time.

Location is too far !!! Tooo priced Rooms are average Greenery resort But hygienic wise very bad Limited choice of food, average taste Plates, water bottels, glasses are very bad and dirt. Kids play area is the most dirtiest place and rusted I would never visit here again.

**Review for GK Hill View Resort** I had a very disappointing experience at GK Hill View Resort, and I feel compelled to share it. Initially, we were told that food was included in our itinerary. However, when we arrived, they quoted us a price of ₹12,000 for food, which seemed excessive. After we mentioned that we knew Resort owner Rampur Ramanna, they suddenly agreed to charge us ₹3,200, which felt very suspicious and like an attempt to overcharge unsuspecting guests. Overall, the experience left a bitter taste, and I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for transparency and good customer service. The resort's approach to customer relations and pricing needs a serious overhaul.

It's a great place to spend weekend with family. Lot of outdoor games for adults and kids to spend a day. We went for a day outing and my kids enjoyed thoroughly entire day. Food is average. Ambience is very good is the resort with a lot a greenery. However, reception staff and security guards are extremely rude and unprofessional. A day prior to day outing we tried to reach the resort over a phone call and was not answered. Since it was falling on the way for us, we went to resort directly to enquire. We really had a very unpleasant experience with rude security guards and reception staff. Since we had already made all other arrangements we went for a day outing. Villas and tent houses looked impressive. We would have definitely planned for a long weekend stay here but now I'm thinking if I should really. If we keep nonsense apart, it's a very pleasant place.
