My ward stayed here for an year. Stay wise they are okay, but food is substandard.. no security. While admitting the resident they take one month advance amount as REFUNDABLE deposit. However after one leaves this place, REFUND WILL NEVER HAPPEN. THIS IS A WAY OF ROBBING PEOPLE. NO ACCOUNTABILITY, NO ONE TO ASK.. Now I plan to visit their head office in Haryana for seeking refund.. Avoid this group...

Very bad experience. Don’t go for stanza living it’s totally fraud they won’t give you the security deposit. I stayed in the Kilmarnock house and it’s been 3 months I didn’t received any security money and the resident captain is also not picking up the phone. Totally waste

I visited to live here and spoke to tenants. The water apparently is bad and some black deposit are there in it, food gets over at night since it comes from san pedro (other stanza location), the electricity goes out and there is no automatic generator and you have to go down to the basement and turn off by yourself only. Not worth it guys

Only the staff and their behaviour especially Mr. Gokul, Mr. Uday, Mr. Amrith, Mr. Hemanth and Mr. Sushil is good. The food quantity is insufficient. Better to eat from outside in addition to dinner. 2 stars only because of the warm behaviour of the staff. Management is absolute worst. WiFi is practically useless. Laundry service is good. Small sized bed makes it uncomfortable to sleep. The staff comes into conflict with the residents because of the stupid policies of the management. Hope it changes soon.

Things are getting worse day by day. Food - is given on the basis of grams everyday Laundry - items keep missing - laundry person challenges you to do whatever - you want to do- as he is least bothered. And very rude. Security - big concern - any person just walks into your room- particularly at night. So food- laundry- security swaha- wrong decision to join stanza- is what I realised.

The worst management I have ever seen; Poor quality wifi; oh there's a seperate electricity bill btw; The space is way too less; room is cramped for even 2 members Beds are too small to even sleep straight Lot of electrical wiring related problems in the building They randomly cut your electricity and demand money Never sign a contract with this money leeching organization.....this is a national level scam

Stanza Living Kilmarnock House: A Mixed Bag in Manipal For Students on a Budget Seeking Convenience My stay at Stanza Living Kilmarnock House had its ups and downs. I lived here from October 2022 to June 2023, so I feel confident sharing my honest experience. Pros: • Decent living space: Comfortable rooms with clean bathrooms (a major plus!), along with a spacious hall to hang out in. • Convenient location: Right next to the college gate, saving precious time and energy on commutes. • Handy amenities: Cleaner visits every other day, playroom for some downtime, laundry room with washing machines, and parking for two-wheelers. • Freedom and flexibility: No pesky night restrictions, allowing you to manage your time as you see fit. Cons: • Laundry woes: The biggest disappointment. Clothes often came back dirtier than they went in, and several residents, myself included, experienced lost items. I recommend doing your own laundry if possible. • Pricey digs: At 14500 per month for a double room, Kilmarnock House is on the expensive side, especially considering the average food quality and occasional maintenance delays. • Food flops: The meals were rarely anything to write home about.

Food and laundry is good. Regular housekeeping was good. Spacious rooms and clean washrooms. AVERAGE EXPERIENCE. NOT GREAT FOR THE PRICE YOU PAY. You can get much more for the same price. Every second day there is a power cut or the wifi stops working and the power backup generators are so old that they stop within 15-20 minutes even though I am only using the fan in my room. Also, the whole room has only one power socket, even though what I had is 2 sharing room. Aliste technologies have installed smart devices for electricity bill. They alloted a different room to me on their app than my designated one, because of which, there were super regular power cuts. Also, the bed size is too small if you are 6ft. Tall or more. .
