Very systematic in organizing facilities and amenities. Property owner is Approachable and polite in responding to doubts or questions. Only suggestion to owner Shivakumar is to have cook from South India and to have menu prioritizing Karnataka food. Since many students are from south India and North Karnataka, having North Indian style menu / cook will not make everyone satisfied with food.

I stayed here for 4 months and it truly felt like a home away from home. From day one, the host was incredibly welcoming and caring, ensuring everything was comfortable. What really stood out was the atmosphere—it’s very homely and peaceful. The food deserves a special mention! Even during festivals, they served traditional, homely meals that made me feel like I wasn't missing out on celebrations back home. If you are looking for a safe, caring, and warm place to stay in Bangalore, I highly recommend this PG.
