“Let me give you a genuine review based on my 2.5 month stay here: Room- 4.5/5 Cleanliness-4/5 Food-3/5(Varies person to person) Area around PG- Neat and clean Management-Helpful Wifi-3/5(If on ground floor don't expect connection since wifi router is on top floor) Hot water-24×7 Lift service- Owner promising new lift for PG Deposit- Conept is giving advance 1500(Non-refundable) No advance money concept of 3 months Reachable areas-North indian restaurants are okish and south Indian resturant are fine and for non-veg people a lot of options Market on nearby reach around 800m North gate campus 850m away”
