“I had one of the worst experiences staying at this PG. First, they asked for an advance just to book the place, and once you move in, they demand full rent plus a hefty deposit. They claim the deposit will be refunded when you vacate — but that’s a complete lie. Even after paying the rent, I kept getting calls accusing me of non-payment. Repeatedly. When I tried contacting the sales guy who handled my booking — no response. The finance team, who I made all the payments to, also ignored my calls. To make things worse, I had to leave the PG because they kept pestering me for rent I had already paid — and they still haven’t returned my deposit. Imagine paying double the rent as a deposit and then getting ghosted. The staff has zero professionalism. When I asked them to speak with the sales guy, they were rude and disrespectful — no manners at all. Please think a hundred times before choosing this PG. In my opinion, they’re nothing but money-hungry scammers. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.”

“If you’re considering Colive, think twice. Here’s why: • Food: Available for just 15 minutes at odd hours. I have stayed in hostels before but the quality of food here is so so so trash that even the caretakers here cook their own food and don’t bother eating from the stale food provided by Colive. • Lift: Breaks down every few days. • Cleaning: Done once a week, barely for a minute. • Water Issues: Frequent shortages, no hot water, and often no drinking water. • WiFi & Network: Terrible—your mobile data might not even work. • Customer Support: Non-existent. Requests go unanswered. • Rent Hikes: They promise one amount but increase it 2-3x within a month. • Late Fees & Threats: Delays (even due to their issues) result in heavy fines and eviction threats. • Security Deposit: Getting your refund is nearly impossible. Colive is unreliable, unprofessional and the worst place to stay.”

The food quality is low, cleaning is rarely done on time, and there are frequent Wi-Fi issues. They also raise exorbitant bills every six months, with surprise charges like ₹1000/month for electricity, regardless of actual usage. Colive’s lack of transparency, poor service, and exploitative billing practices make it a risky choice. Think twice before trusting them with your deposit or signing up for their services!

Talent Connect★★★★★If you are planning to stay in Colive Clanton please read this else you will face soo many issues Rent -> Every month they will increase room rent by 1000/2000 , increase food charges, add extra electricity bill . So basically your total rent will increase by 3000-4000 every month. If you try to talk to property manager he will ask you to talk to sales manager. If you raise voice against this issue then they send local goons to collect money and even harass you in several way. Food -> Unhygienic, tasteless and sometimes even rotten food. Internet -> Minimum 10 days in a month internet does not work. Water -> Water is only available from 7AM to 10 PM. Lift -> Does not work. Room cleaning -> Raju Bhaiya is good he clean every room twice per week. My sales manager was namipriya and she was soo unprofessional, rude and even threat that she will send goons if I don't pay extra deposit money which was nowhere mentioned. Payal was account manager and she only know to collect money. Also they keeps changing property manager so don't beleive any property manager. There are many good co-living space so if you want peaceful, safety don't stay in Colive.

NOTE :- FOODS CAME ONLY FOR 10-15 PERSON .... 2)Staff are non responsive even though higher hierarchy, you could contact . 3) in every 2-3 days wifi problem 4) They were not paying salary to cleaning and maintaining staff ...they stop doing cleaning for 1 month's 5) Frequent increment in ROOM RENT and other charges without any prior notification 6) whenever you face problem they asked to Raise ticket, once you raised the ticket regarding Food and other issues without any resolution, after sometime they close the ticket . They are just play the game of raising and closing the ticket

If we contact the colive representative they are telling other stories which is not related with the issue... Chetan Jain★★★★★Stayed here for 2 months. If you are looking for cheap colive accomodation with zero expectations then get in otherwise find a better place. Property management is rude and not trained. Although, she has been exclusively trained to tell you to raise service ticket for the slightest inconvenience you face. The quality of food is decent but quantity is just never enough. If they serve dinner at 8pm most likely it will finish up by 8.20pm, so act fast. If you just want a roof over your head then this is good , or else skip it.

Tanay Agrawal★★★★★Very small rooms. No proper ventilation. Cleaning staff came to clean only 1 time in one month, that too after asking so many times. In 2 months of stay lift broke 4 times (each 3 days repair time) Delivery is stopped at gate, so you'll have to go and collect it at gate. Worst of all, they will keep your deposit refund for next time use, very difficult to get money back.

Saumya Shah★★★★★One of the worst pgs. The whole thing is a scam. Inedible food most of the time, hot water rarely works, lift is out of service for a few days every week. Cleaner cleans the room once every 10 days or so and that too after repeated requests. The food is served in containers without any proper covering so the food remains exposed to everything. I literally saw a pigeon sitting in one of the containers. The other one star reviews are very accurate. On the other hand, most of the five star reviews seem fake and if u look carefully, many of them were made at the same time. I remember the average rating being below 4 at some point and now it's 4.5 somehow.

More than 90% people in property are frustrated. Never ever book.
