The Bed space is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The bedspace seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off . Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time. Consider me , dont go with this bedsface The staff name bharath he is like a Rude, unprofessional, or disinterested staff who fail to address issues or are unavailable

Worst Experience – You Can’t Even Breathe Here! I booked this capsule for 2 days paying ₹1000, but I couldn’t stay even 10 minutes. The room is so small, congested, and suffocating – you will feel like you’re dying while breathing inside. No ventilation at all, bathroom is extremely cramped, and toilet has no space. It honestly feels like being trapped in a jail. When I requested a refund (within 15 minutes of check-in), they only gave me ₹500 back and kept the rest. Please don’t waste your money here. Instead of losing ₹500 and risking your health, spend ₹700–800 and you’ll get a decent hotel room with proper space and fresh air.

Very bad stay, idea is good but execution is very bad, toilets are not clean, wash basin is leaking, when you use wash basin all water is falling on feet as the pipe is leaking, Ashok is very rude, denied cloak service even after it’s mentioned in amenities, treated like the bed was given free of charge.

This is to inform that last week I stayed in this hotel the receptionist person was misbehaving with me... I just asked a phone to call my mom as my phone was stolen I requested to call my mom... But he was threatening me that he will murder me and kill me and also he told he will complaint to police. Is that make any sense just asking phone to call my mom and giving warning for me also he told me to leave the room immediately, worst receptionist the room was good but the service and the way the receptionist was the nightmare for me never recommend.

Had a really bad experience, I had booked capsule for 2, they only gave 1 capsule and an extra bed, that too it was not a bed it’s just a size of bedspread and more to that there was no space for another bed, with doors closed the bed was ideal for someone who’s 4.5 feet, also I had got a car they told me to put it on opposite lane and they were okay with that, then middle of the night 03:00 they are calling me to move the car 2 meter from where I parked, my whole sleep got spoiled first of all the extra bed was not comfortable, barely I got sleep some howi got sleep in the bed they woke me up at 03.00 o clock and they have audacity to wake me up at 0830 O clock for checking out I told him that we’ll check out little late then they are like we cant let you do that after quarrelling with them I called the owner he said you can stay till 10:00 O clock after getting our sleeps ruined, I highly don’t recommend this place

DO NOT STAY HERE. If you are reading this review then in all better sense avoid this place even though you may have found it at very attractive and cheaper rates. They have denied me the room on the date of the stay even after making the entire pre-payment and booking the room, three weeks in advance. This was done to me even after getting my booking confirmed from the manager well in advance. They have given all the rooms to walk-in customers and often disregard online bookings. The only good thing in all this is I found a better alternative elsewhere. This place comes with lots of problems which makes the stay really a bad experience even for a short time.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with both the hotel and MakeMyTrip. I booked a 5-day stay, but upon arrival, I was unable to check in. The hotel, located in an old building, denied me access because my bed had been allocated to someone else until 5 PM. Despite booking well in advance, there was no proper preparation or communication regarding my check-in. Even worse, MakeMyTrip’s customer service was unhelpful. I tried reaching out 7-8 times, but each attempt resulted in no resolution. I was ultimately denied a refund or any form of compensation for the inconvenience. I would not recommend this hotel or booking through MakeMyTrip to anyone. A complete waste of time and money. Never book long bookings ☹️

Please do not choose this place. it's on the same street where everyday Vegetable market happens. highly contagious. - Dirty Toilet and bathrooms - The Reception Guy Bhasker is very stingy. he doesn't even give a pillow cover - Guys, though you are staying Solo, please don't go to this place. They charge 500 Rs per night. you can add another 200 and stay in a proper Room rather staying in this 5 x 2 feet space. Totally not worth - Rude Owner Dhaya shetty

Please do read my review of this hotel before booking. It will definitely help u First of all, it's not a capsule hotel in any way. It's just a 30*30 hall converted to have 8 compartment or 8 tiny rooms/capsules as they call. It's a division done by using 6-7 feet of wooden playwood sheet and all the rooms are with common roof(open roof for all 8 rooms in the hall).. Pros: * Tiny room yet the room feels sufficient to a compact traveller. * Room feels tidy enough at the first glance. * Each room is equipped with a study light, a tiny fan, plenty of cupboard space considering the room size, a single power socket for your charging needs. * Hotel has 2 tiny shower, 2 tiny comod and couple of wash basin. * It's a AC accommodation so they have 2 ac in the room. * It's co-ed. Both male and female guests can be accommodated. Cons: * As it is a open roof in a single hall, it's too noisy at all the time. You may wonder how noisy could it get, well let me tell you I was staying in a corner room and the washroom was situated at the other end of the hall yet still I could hear toilet flush and shower water sound. So now imagine how noisy it will get if someone is talking in phone and let me

It's not bedspace, it's a space for bedbugs. The rooms are small and enough for a single person, but the problem is with the maintenance. The rooms are having bed bugs. I literally had bed bug bite and had bite bumps all over my body and vacated the room at 3 in the morning. Don't compromise health over price of stay. There are other hotels nearby which have prices starting from 1000.. The reviews are fake you can check other reviews of 1 star which has mention about bed bugs. The room is also located in centre of market, difficult to commute and park vehicles.

Above reviews are all fake.. I landed here by mistake of booking &thought will adjust as its a non refundable booking. The terrible stay goes like this 1) its located in the mid of Vegetable and grocery market, surrounding area is stinky no proper hygiene. U have to close your nose while moving around. 2) There is no proper light either out side the cabinet or inside. It’s horrible, if we ask for the light they show me the light in the small rack like area. 3) absolutely no AC. 40x 60ft area, two 1.5 tons AC are seen. But both will switched off. If we ask they will tell you that “ we will switch on in the night”. We have to survive on small wall mount fan. 4) The person at the reception is soo ridiculous and rude. He literally don’t know how to talk. 5) even the single Charging point also not working, but can’t complain. By the way, don’t think the TV will be working, its a “showcase piece “ The worst part is, if we ask any thing they will tell “ we will check”.
