Over priced. Not so great. They claim to be 4 star. But it's a 3 star. We stayed in a 3 star hotel the previous day and had a good experience. I don't see anything special about Country inn. Other 3 star hotels also provide the sanitized rooms. We have previously stayed in Radisson blue, Mysore and was expecting the same standards. Rooms are small. No valet parking service and no parking place too. Then the security asked for the keys and had parked the car in a muddy place and the next morning we went in search of a car and the security and other front office folks were not bothered about our inconvenience.

I stayed at Country Inn Radisson Manipal from Oct 4–9, and my experience was disappointing. On Oct 7, the hotel carried out electricity maintenance from 11 AM till nearly 4 PM — without any prior notice to guests. There was no backup or arrangement made, leaving us without power for hours. It’s highly unprofessional for a reputed brand like Radisson to do such maintenance during guest stays without informing anyone. I paid a premium expecting comfort, but the service and management response were very poor. Also, the shower area glass was not properly cleaned, and overall, the rooms and hotel require better maintenance and minor repairs. For the price charged, the quality doesn’t match the Radisson brand standards. Very disappointed with the overall experience — I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves guest communication, cleanliness, and maintenance.

My friends and I visited and were very disappointed. There weren’t enough staff, so service was extremely slow—we had to wait almost 20 minutes for each response. There’s no parking space. While the outside looks luxurious, the inside felt empty and ignored, giving an unwelcoming atmosphere. The food was also below expectations, lacking the quality and taste we thought we’d get at a place like this. Overall, our experience was disappointing, and we hope the hotel can improve these areas for future guests

It’s a very old property and stinky smell all over this property and rooms, not worth for the money we pay 16/N, no covered car parking, extra bed 2.5k 8yr kid, very congested restaurant, first water bottle was sealed rest all unsealed.

Absolutely pathetic service at the Mosaic restaurant in country inn. The staff are more concerned about clearing your food plates before you actually finish eating! Breakfast buffet, though the food is good, the service is at its worst. They say buffet is open to have, while they actually clear out the entire meal course, when the clock hits 10:30 am, with zero consideration whatsoever for people who are eating, and charge you for both a-la-carte and the buffet items as well. Absolutely pathetic service from such a reputed hotel chain. The worst experience i’ve had in any restaurant till date.

Went for a dinner here with family and everything was bad across the board. The service was abysmal. We initially went with the intention of having dinner at the oriental restaurant on top but there was an event happening, which we weren't informed of, when we enquired about it downstairs. We ended up at the Mosaic restaurant on the ground floor where we were forced by the manager into eating the buffet, even though we told him repeatedly we were not interested in it. The food was tasteless, there isn't one good dish I can think of. There was a fly in the gateaux cake, which they hadn't bothered to remove until we pointed it out. The manager tried to con us into ordering a bottle of wine, when we wanted only three glasses, he went on to say "a bottle is the same as four glasses", when we knew very well the cost wasn't the same. He ended up charging us Rs. 399 for each glass of wine, while it was listed in the menu for Rs. 349. At this point we had had enough and wanted to leave, so we didn't even try arguing with him. To top if all off, the night after the meal, we were all down with food poisoning and couldn't get a wink of sleep. Regardless to say, we will never be returning

We visited mosaic restaurant in the evening for dinner. Someone to come and take the our order it took them 20min, to serve the Orange juice it took 25min. Staffs are not bothered at all about the guest. Restaurant staffs are not aware what is available in the menu. For every order they to will go kitchen and reconfirm the dishes. Food was worst. For fish fry no salt, ghee roast was something else. Staff’s are arguing and they are saying am alone here to serve all the table, I don’t know why guest has to hear all these hotel problems. I would recommend Ocean Pearl will be 100 times better than this hotel and service We really regret for visiting this restaurant.
