“🤦I THINK ONE STAR RATING IS ALSO WASTE 1- Food is very very worst. 2- Daily for three times they are providing rice only.If you eat daily mean definitely you get irritated. 3- Everyday in afternoon they provide only rice and sambar & not providing rasam or butter milk nothing. 4 -They provide only two chapati and three dhosa per head. Always the put Papu sambar in afternoon and dinner. But don't worry in morning they even don't put sambar also. 5- weekly 2 days only tiffin remaining 5days variety rice only. Especially they put one (puliyodharai rice) very very worst. 6- they do not providing tea(chai). 7-the cost of living without food they ask more then 4500Rs. 8- there is no generators. 9-for four sharing paying 6k is very high. 10- Owner is focusing on money only. 11- they provide double decker bed only. 12- Not having elevator. 13- dining hall is in 5th floor only. Daily 3times you want to go by stairs only. 14- Mainly in dining hall more than four people can't sit. It's very worst dining hall I have ever seen. 15- only one water purifier is available it is also provided in 5th floor only . 16- they not providing a single mirror in bathroom and our living room also. 17- the ”

“Here rooms are clean, but costly because they put double decker bed in 02 and 03 sharing rooms and convert into 04 and 06 sharing rooms. They are charging the same amount after putting the double decker bed. Only one 03 sharing rooms they keep separate bed. I visited 05 to 10 Boys PG in Bengaluru. They keep mirror(shave or trim) and hanger(hang the clothes) in bathroom. They provide at least one room key. When you go out hang the key on key holder. But in this Boys PG these facilities are not available. When new month start, caretaker of the PG will come in the room. He forcefully demand for rent. If you tell him I joined on particular date like 6,7 or 8. Then he make a call to owner and told that particular person will pay rent on 6,7 or 8. Till 6,7 or 8 he will torcher you to pay the rent when he will meet you. This type of thing not happened with me or my friends. Every PG declare that till this date(means 3,4 or 5) you have to pay the rent. If you not pay the rent then caretaker will call you. My suggestion is that join this PG on any of date. But please pay the rent on 30 or 31 means if you want to pay the rent of August month. Try to pay on 31 July neither caretaker will ”
