This pg is worst. The worst experience of my life, at first they will promise you lot of things but then you have to pay for everything like to wash clothes you have to pay extra for WiFi you have to pay extra even the electricity bill is so high. My suggestion is to not come here to stay go for some other accommodation but definitely not this one.

This PG only looks good from the outside, but it’s actually not good at all. I would say it’s the worst PG you can find in Bangalore. They make a lot of promises, but hardly fulfill any of them. However, when it comes to taking money from us, they want it on time—otherwise they charge a penalty. Recently, they misplaced my branded T-shirt, and even after asking for help, I haven’t received any response from them for the last three days. A similar incident happened earlier as well, where they had promised to refund for a missing cloth item, but even after 1.5 months, they still haven’t done it. I would not recommend this PG at all. If possible, look for some other PGs, but definitely not this one.

Very uncomfortable experience. The PG manager Prakash Thakur behaved in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner, which made me feel unsafe. This is not a place I would recommend, especially for those who value privacy and respect.

It was totally wrong and a complete and utter disgrace this place is. There is a gym nothing functions like really nothing. Second there is no washing machine and people lose clothes here, like literally my roommate lost his fav tshirt while giving it in laundry. The food is fine but rest all is bane. Dont come here not at all.

Such a shittiest place. I wanted to book one room due to business purposes needed only for 1 month for now. But they just kept adding gst, blah blah charges. I went there to see the property,for the same room they increased the prices ( though I had already talked to owner still they denied by saying "might be the price after discount" If you are coming to stay in bangalore, specially from North "this place and the property manager behaviour will suck the most"

Stanza Shanghai House services are completely fraudulent. It has been my worst experience with them — they constantly try to deduct money from the security deposit or refuse to return it by giving invalid justifications. On top of that, they deliberately avoid replying or responding, just to escape addressing the issue. In my case, they wrongfully deducted ₹8,000 due to their own careless behavior and failure to complete the exit procedure and room audit from their end. This was specifically caused by staff members @Uttam Adhikari and @Ram Babu.

When I asked before my gest has arrived mr. Prakash thakur said no charges later he added the rent into the application. When I I asked him then he said want to stay then stay otherwise go. I don't know how stanza hiring such a rusty, foul spoken men. I had a bad experience. Please avoid stanza if you looking for transparent fee structure.

Guys , stay in some local PG instead of stanza living. These people have got policies which without your knowledge will lead loss of your whole deposit amount and what not. * Initially they will show you their beautiful rooms, later on they ask to pay electricity bill of almost Rs.1000 per person. (Even If u stay only one day in the PG) They won't show you the electricity meter bill, but per room they charge around Rs. 3000 bill. * My room mate had a very difficult time staying there, as a boy from the same house would sneak around her everywhere in the house and the worst part is even the house RC's would support the guy. * They keep highly flammable substances near the generators. * Food is not at all good. We have seen small stones in the food. (Attached a clip here) * They do not take responsibility for your stolen vehicle kept in the premises. Even if you want to file police complaint, these stanza living guys won't help you by providing the CCTV footage by giving some bizarre reason as usual * We have had rat encounters in our room. *Hygiene atleast no comments ,please have a look at the photos. So here is what happened with me . This stanza is an absolute fraudulent business They have an app just to suck money on time . I haven't lived in this premise for a single day as my transfer to banglore got delayed . However I had already rescheduled my check in date thrice so I had to pay the installment. I paid 98k in total for 3 months along with the security deposit amount and also the light bill , all of this for not staying even a single day since in the app my bill and outstanding amount kept popping up and I dint want to be penalized with extra charges. I sincerely paid for 3 months and once my contract was over and I checked out on the app ( since I wasn't present physically I had to do it only via app) , I wasn't given my security deposit of 26 k . It said failed and the team is still working around this . Worst , in this 26k they have charged me some shitty damage charges of 5k . Really? I dint enter ur premise to damage anything yet . Fraud and scam alert guys !

Gotta be honest, better services when compared to other PGs? Yes, but does it justify the overpriced rooms? ABSOLUTELY NOT. They charge almost double the rent according to market standards and you would expect services like 24/7 hot water, proper wifi connectivity, parking service etc to be provided properly but sadly no. Poor infrastructural planning, they are just keen on building more and more rooms for accommodating more clueless peeps rather than fulfilling the basic needs of their existing customers. Cons: Unresponsive caretakers, improper parking facilities (2-3 buildings' tenants share one basement), slow wifi speeds, irregular hot water supply (excuse-they use solar water heater), glitchy and slow app that's required for everything u do including food and entry, electric bill levied extra, very poorly ventilated rooms. Pros: Good food (better but expensive compared to other PGs), 3 times per week room cleaning, security staff are friendly and helpful, there is a cafe option added to the mess (which could be useful, I guess). Edit: Now they have introduced "electricity bill" extra without actually looking at how much the resident has consumed 😒.. attached screenshot of

Overrated and Overpriced!!! If you're considering Stanza Living, do yourself a favor, DON'T! The food is barely edible, and hygiene's a BIG joke. Utensils are not exactly clean, 2 ounces away from dirty, the food containers remain un-attended.Some days, even basic things like spoons are nowhere to be found. Be prepared to pay extra for just about everything—Wi-Fi, laundry, water, electricity. There's not even a washing machine, but an irresponsible laundry service. You shouldn't be surprised if your clothes are "lost". Theft is a constant concern—missing clothes, stolen bike parts, parcels, vanishing food. Despite having CCTV, the staff conveniently “can’t” show footage. Anyone can walk in through the basement, unchecked. It’s a free-for-all. I wouldn’t recommend Stanza Living to anyone. You’re better off finding a PG that respects your money, your safety, and your sanity.

Pathetic experience right from the start.. and I wish it would just end. But it won't. I was onboarded even though they did not have a room. Made me wait for hours before finally assigning a temporary room. Food is almost adequate with no spoons. Constant excuse that residents take spoons. Washing machines were promised at the start of contract. One day suddenly, all washing machines were replaced with paid laundry service. I left the accomodation months back and still havent received my security deposit back.
