This hotel is not accessible to food n seashore. This hotel provides food but it is not worthy. Hotel staff is also not willing to do the work. Near food is too costly and if go n drive 7 km towards market half prices for food. Note : not worth as per price.

Worst Management. staff is not ready to provide rooms. They're giving rooms to others whoever they need not as per the rules who have prebooked... If this type of management is getting a licence to run the business, then shame on the government who is giving licence to these people to run the business.. Their licence should be dismissed. The receptionist is changing her words from time to time... I told her that I will get call recordings if you deny whatever you said..

We ordered manchow veg soup and we already had soup and later came to know that they added chicken in that. They don’t have basic common sense and they simply asked apologies and manager is also unresponsive. Worst service.

I got bitter experience during the stay last month. Firstly, I Paid the payment through card, but the receptionist said that it was not processed. Hence, I need to pay through cash. However, when I checked my icici account the next day, it clearly says that amount got debited in to the Hotel account and also got clarification from the Bank after a while. I have inquired about this with the Hotel Management multiple times, however they said they will check with manager and call me back. Till now they have not called. It means I paid twice to stay for a day. I lost my money of Rs. 1500 and management is not even bothered to check from their side.

Not a good place for business stay. I had made a booking for 15th of October through phone call and again on 14th before leaving from mangalore i had called the same lady who accepted by booking and she said that my booking is confirmed. And when i left to hassan the hotel staffs are saying that rooms are full. You can see some other hotel. I had to struggle there that night. Such a cheap coordination from hotel staffs

Room service is worst, staff behaviour also. Not responding properly and money minded(tips and extra charges for every service like laundry each item they charge equal 50/- including inner ware and they make own written bills) They will not given respect to guests. I suggest don’t go.

Please be aware with the service if your ordering food from out side..they charge more.NOTE ASK FOR THE BILL..And they cheat with the transportation charges especially. Be aware..
