The owner is very rude. He and his wife thinks they are everything, very rude and egoistic. Firstly they will tell you very very bad things like if you didn't have money why r u coming etc etc and then they themselves will not return the deposit as stated in the comments. Thanks a lot for the review I am safe as if now from their hiest. Honestly please don't go there and if you are like living please leave as soon as possible. You'll find 100s of food pg. The place where I am staying is far better than that and also less rent. Please find and look for other pgs before going to live there.

The worst PG ever. The rooms and building area are fine, but the cook and cleaners keep changing every 2–3 months. The caretaker insists that you pay rent before the 5th of every month, but when it comes to refunding your deposit, he makes endless excuses to deduct more money or, in some cases, doesn’t return the full amount at all. In my case, I had to chase him for a month to get my deposit back. He ignored most of my calls, and whenever he did answer, he always had some excuse ready. Finally I got the refund, but he handed over me check, instead of cash or gpay. Although CCTV cameras are installed, but they never work. I once found a dent on my bike’s fuel tank while it was parked in the basement and asked to check the footage. He told me the monitor was broken and that I could view it once repaired — which took more than 20 days, by which time the footage had already been deleted. On another occasion, one of my couriers went missing from the reception area. When I asked to see the footage, I got the same lame excuse again. The owner and his wife are honestly the worst. Ever since they built their new PG, they’ve completely stopped caring about the basic needs of the tenants. If there’s a power cut, they won’t turn on the generator unless you call them multiple times. And when you ask, the owner’s wife has the audacity to say things like, “Why didn’t you charge your phone and laptop before the power went out?”—what a ridiculous response. The food is terrible, and despite promising otherwise, they refuse to return the security deposit. Even the owner himself doesn’t pay on time, which is why tenants keep leaving month after month. Cleanliness is poor, and the water quality is also bad. When you raise these issues, the owner claims he’s going to turn the PG into a five-star facility—what a joke. 😂😂

Owner is too rude and behaviours is not at all good if you are thinking about your advance he will never return you but leave about money for any person mental health and peace of living is very important when you are moving to a new place which you will not get this place because of owner. Just think I am spending my time and writing this so that other people should not suffer because of him like i suffered. So I highly recommend not to join this please look for another pg near by

Forcing us to give Google reviews in turn of returning deposit.(Blackmail !!) When I emailed a complaint to the police, they spoke so sweetly and returned my amount in 2 mins !! Those who didn't receive your deposit, U can mail to police Mention your phone #, their phone #'s and attach the monthly payment SCREENSHOTS as proof. Within 10 hrs I got my deposit ! DON'T WORRY, u won't have to even go to the police station.

1. Poorest and unhealthy quality of food 2. Too much costly (service does not worth even 50% of the money paid) 3. Pay rent in cash only (Owner's PAN will not be given). You will not have any kind of proof/ document to submit in support of your HRA Claim (Income Tax Return) 4. Swiggy instamart and Gym on the first floor which keeps very noisy environment throught the night. You will not be able to sleep because of noise. 5. Mentally disturbance because of very rude behaviour of owner and his PG manager. They are kind of Don/ dada in the area. 6. No value to the WRITTEN and signed commitments also (forget about verbal commitments). (My rent increased after 4 months by 25% vs the written commitment of no rent increase for first 6 months. Another written commitment properly written and signed by manager for no further hike in rent and no change in room. On 1st Jan at 9 AM you are returning me Jan'23 rent that I paid and forcing me either shift to a room with no ventilation, lights, air, privacy etc. (40% area of the previous room) at increased rent or vacate the PG same day.
