This is the worst pg management. Owner is very arrogant . He is there only to take money. Even 1 star is not worth. He took full amount in advance and didn't return it in the last. And the food was also worst. Pg was very dirty. No one here to clean the pg,they will come once in a week. The toilets were also not clean.

Poor Management & Unhygienic Conditions Staying at this PG was honestly a disappointing experience. The management is unresponsive and careless — any complaints about basic amenities like water supply, Wi-Fi, or power cuts are either ignored or take days to resolve. The rooms are cramped and poorly maintained, and cleanliness seems like an afterthought. Bathrooms were often dirty, and housekeeping was irregular despite being promised as a daily service. Food was another major issue — bland, repetitive, and sometimes unhygienic. There were even days when food arrived late or wasn’t served at all. Security is also questionable, as outsiders were often allowed in without any checks.

Very bad experience with Andhra and Pushpa Boys PG. I paid an advance amount of ₹5000, but it has still not been returned. The management is not responding properly and keeps delaying the refund. Communication is poor and the overall service was disappointing. Best pg near Saptagiri clg, my clg is far 15 km but I stay here because of friendly owner, good food ( andra style ) and no power cuts , all bathroom in whole pg is clean and well maintained, and parking is provided with ev facility also and surrounded by cctv cameras good for security.
