“This place is amazing if you wish to enjoy a insect reptile safari along with homestay. Extemely unhygienic place, manager manjunath is poles apart frm courtesy and hospitality. All one can learn from him is how to dupe your customers and its all about money...who cares about the customers. A few good reviews and people will anyways book. Sorry mr manjunath. Quality if suffers your homestay wouldnt remain homestay anymore and wouldnt even be a home for ypu to stay. On a positive note, had such a horrible experience at your homestay that life looks so much better...i hope more ppl come visit your property and learn the hard lessons of life.lmao... And mr manjunath to reply to your long rhethoric of self obsession and not accepting just critisisum...i can see panic in your words by seeing a negative review.. if your homestay is not the way i described people will still come. Bt as i have experienced i think very soon you will be the only one staying in that home And FOR YOUR INFORMATION i am a regular google reviewer and this is my first negative review. Unlike you tech saavy people do check the credentials of a reviewer. So dont worry....they will do the needful... ty”

“It has been a very worst experience at this property. It is completely opposite than what has been shown in picture or committed. The rooms are too dirty and full of bedbugs and insect. If you are planning to enjoy in swimming pool then forget, its just for sake of picture in booking sites and you will find all kind of water animal and frogs in the swimming pool. And last but not the least for all these problem or discomfort if you dare to complain then you will be asked to either pay more or you will listen negative response. The owner is too immature to understand the meaning of customer service or discomfort or commitment given.”

“Ultimate experience and lesson for many of us while booking the hotel or homestay..don't go with hotel pictures published or fake reviews by hotel staff ..at the last its customer who suffer and end up paying their hard earn money to these guys who has no clue of managing hotel or homestay. Most imp is not listening to feedback from customer who are paying to get the facilities which were promised but not provided.”

Kamesh B★★★★★Please don't waste money spending for this homestay, worst ever stay. They say homestay but they order the food from nearby junk hotel and serve. Worst in cleanliness and too many insects wandering around the home. Atleast never for familys. Please don't stay here and book by seeing the picture that they've uploaded. Swimming pool are gutter here.

Impolite manager who states that booking gets confirmed only in the last 7 days, which is baseless and utter rubbish as I have confirmed booking via email for a cottage done back in May 2017, 7 months prior. The manager Ashok Manjunath is rude and tells that online reservation is only for namesake and that his policies work as it is his hotel. I totally disagree and am in the process of moving the Consumer Protection Court for false information provided by Mr Ashok Manjunath on Holiday Inn online site. A fact check - the price in May 2017 for 1 cottage is 12000 INR. Now , the same is 28,000 INR and therefore Mr Ashok Manjunath has no valid reason to cancel a pre booking without prior intimation.

Saravanakumar Rangasamy (Saran)★★★★★Its one of the worst accommodations. Don't get attracted with the photos posted in the website. I stayed with my relatives there for 2 nights. No proper room service. There is only one guy who has to take care of everything. I pity him for that. Owner is Manjunath who shows lots of attitude as if though we are staying for free. The so called dormitory and the main hall has the ceiling broken with rain water dripping from the top. Also both the day morning we had problem with the electricity and no water due to lack of power supply. We had to wait and one day we went for outing without even brushing. If we complaint about this to the owner Manjunath he is showing atrocious and arrogant behavior towards us. So folks please don't even book this so called Home stay as it is not even worth to be under the home stay category. Its not even worth to be booked under a local cheap lodge category. If I have an option to give "Zero star" rating I would go for this Holiday Inn

khushbu maheshwari★★★★★Worst stay ever had...anyone eying on this property please read our review...dont trust on google photos...property is not maintained properly...garden is full cow dungs...only one caretaker for this whole property..no cleanliness, On top of it they hav 4 cats...all of them hav access to hall, kitchen, bedrooms, so now you can imagine the level of hygiene...even we saw cats having their delicious rat dinner under the fridge..worst breakfast...totally disappointed
